Bring your items at your own risk.. Brought in my son's ipad 4/2/24 that was not even a year old for screen replacement, nothing was wrong with the iPad prior to bringing it in. The next day we got a call it was ready and when we went they told us it wasn't turning on and they would need to keep it to diagnose it. I was obviously upset because we brought it in with ZERO issues and now it wasn't turning on. I'm assuming it was the owner we spoke to said he would take care of us which they kept it for a few days and changed the battery (less than a year old iPad don't think it needed to be done) but didn't charge us for it so thanks for that but they kept it overnight to make sure it was holding charge and we picked it up 4/7/24. But upon arriving at home we realized the front camera no longer works. It says "iPad needs to cool down before using flash". Didn't even bother letting them know what happened because I'm not ever using them again. read more

For as many times as I've cracked my iPhone screen, you would think I would have learned my lesson. However, I cracked it again and needed a place to fix it quickly. I took my phone in and they had it completed in less than an hour. Since I needed it fixed so badly, I coughed up the $119, however, I would have preferred something a little cheaper. Took my phone in because power button was stuck and they fixed it...but then my screen was dark and hazy. An older gentleman said it was due to a small crack in the bottom of the screen (which had been there a long time) and said if I wanted it fixed he'd replace the screen for a discounted price of $50 since it wasn't dark and hazy before. I told him I was on my way out of town and he said "It's ok...bring it back in when you get back and remind me that I said I'd replace it for $50". So I did that...and he looked at me like I was crazy and said "No, I can give you a 10% discount but I can't do it for $50" and acted like he'd never seen me before. I realize old people are often forgetful...but the bottom line is that I wasn't happy with my experience there.
