Go to you tube and watch videos before making expensive decisions. HearUSA is at the top of the board when it comes to markup on aids. Overall the selection is limited and generally the process is a bit opaque. That shouldn't stop you just educate yourself. This store is probably the best in the general area. I received reasonable care. I will be returning for follow up work.

Ruben and Lindsey, the Providers, are professional and attentive. My family member's provider is Lindsey, and Lindsey is dedicated to serving her patients with the highest level of care and ensuring that procedures/protocols are carefully followed. I'd like to take a moment to appreciate Lindsey's efforts to reduce my family member's out-of-pocket copay for the hearing aid which was ultimately purchased. The hearing aid was $6,200, and after the insurance benefit was applied, the out-of-pocket copay was going to be $4,200. Lindsey mentioned that my family member should contact their insurance provider to see if a plan change could increase the benefit / reduce the out-of-pocket copay. After calling the insurance and hours of speaking with multiple individuals, who were all professional and courteous, such as Emily, Danielle, Jovi, and Alice, we were ultimately successful in changing the insurance plan, increasing the benefit to $6,000 and decreasing the out-of-pocket copay to only $200. This seemed like nothing short of a miracle, and but for Lindsey's advice/encouragement, my family member would not have been able to save $4,000. Nubia, the technician, is helpful, and Kameron at the front desk does a great job of creating a welcome environment. I highly recommend this location and the HearUSA team!

Numerous times I was given more than was required under the purchase agreement. A successful experience with hearing aids is as much a credit to the audiologist as the product. Many adjustments often have to be made to optimize their effectiveness; Keith and his company have been there for me every step of the way. I can't imagine that you would regret choosing Keith and his staff for your hearing aids.

This business had good reviews, but this branch in particular did not match my expectations. Being new to hearing loss, I was naturally curious about the whole process and had a lot of questions. The audiologist was polite but seemed impatient with my basic, fundamental questions about hearing aids and the whole process. After the test, she did not explain the results of the hearing test; she merely said I had hearing loss and I needed to get a hearing aid. No explanation of the degree of loss; just basically "Here is how much benefit you get, choose a hearing aid." No further advice was given about types of devices or differences between the various models. I will not be buying a hearing aid from this company and will search further for another clinic.

The person who answered was extremely helpful and accommodating. She got me an appointment that same morning! When I got there, audiologist Mary Lewis quickly identified and solved the problem, and I was on my way. Anyone who relies on hearing aids knows what an incredible relief and necessity it is to to have them working. I'm really grateful they took me in and provided such prompt, professional service!

My 14-year-old hearing aids broke Jan 26th. At the time I wasn't sure how my insurance worked…read more(HealthNet), so I made an emergency appointment with Pacific Hearing further down Wilshire. There, they loaned me a pair of hearing aids (ReSound ENZO Q 98) and quoted me at $7800/each ($15,600/pair). There isn't much clarity on hearing aid pricing online, so I genuinely didn't know that quote was overpriced. After a month, my insurance company eventually caught up and referred me to Arcade instead, so I made my appointment mid-March. They managed to get me in pretty quickly (in 2 weeks). At the appointment I explained to Matt that I'd been demo-ing a pair of hearing aids for a month and that I'd like to see about getting the same kind. Imagine my surprise when Matt let me know they'd be $3100/each ($6200/pair) and then my insurance covered $2000. I was pretty shocked (and obviously relieved) and asked to go ahead with placing the order. I asked for white and I love them. I've worn hearing aids since I was 2 so I've never been shy about getting something colorful. My hearing aids arrived really quickly (about a week or so), but I was out of town so I delayed picking them up until today. Matt also asked if I'd like to get new molds ($85), but I'd already had mold impressions taken at Pacific, so I figured I'd wait until those came in (they wound up being $200 at Pacific, yikes). I'll definitely be sticking with Arcade going forward. Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the process and I'm so grateful I got the referral to Arcade. Can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Shakyan confirmed that hearing aids would be helpful, but gave me options and put no pressure on me to make a quick decision. She also made me aware that hearing aids typically come with a 45 day trial period. I decided on hearing aids that were half the cost of the ones pushed by the other office. Today, I went to receive the hearing aids that were ordered. Dr. Shakyan explained everything clearly, patiently answered all questions, and adjusted them according to my comments. She also had me practice taking them on and off and showed me the features of an app that she encouraged me to download. I have been totally satisfied from start to finish.

When I first visited him, I had mild to moderate hearing loss with severe tinnitus (my perception of it). On a tinnitus questionnaire scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the worst, most answers were in the 8-10 range. Years later I'm doing much better and I would say I fall in the 0- 3 range on the scale. I've greatly improved because of Dr. Sol Marzghar and what he has done for me. He prescribed for me Widex hearing aids with the built in Zen fractal tones for dealing with tinnitus. To be quite honest, I've not had to rely on the fractal tones for a long time due to my habituation (doing far better than when I first started). Dr. Sol Marzghar can help you just like what he's done for me, if you give him a chance. Last but definitely least is his front office assistant named Janet, she is remarkable and keeps everything running so smoothly in that front office.
