Jon and his team helped me find the right solution to hang my TV over the fireplace using a pull down Mantel Mount. I had a complicated set up with some existing wood pieces that had to be removed prior to mounting. I reached out to Jon and sent him pictures - he was quick to respond and talked through the potential solution with me over the phone. He also worked with me on the quote for labor to meet my budget. The job ended up taking several hours longer than expected because the previous owner of my home had screwed in wood pieces and then ripped off the screw heads. It was an extremely challenging job that required setting up high scaffolding and managing a crew of workers, but the owner pulled it all of with great efficiency and professionalism. When we moved into our new home, there was no sounds system, no surround sound and no alarm! Jon and his team set up all our TVS, wired everything for Sonos, put in the best speakers, surround sound for all our rooms, and just really set us up all around. Thank you Sunset Studios! I had a really difficult installation of a 85" 4k display TV that I wanted installed over my fireplace. Problem was the face of the fireplace was treated in very expensive Venetian plaster that could not be cut or repaired. There was no power plug or cable anywhere close by. Jon and Milosz came out and found the only way to make it possibe, a two inch pathway they were able to surgically insert the HDMI into an adjacent closet. Plus the handheld remote is so simple and easy to operate, my wife can finally use the TV surround sound system! FIRST & FOREMOST, I HARDLY EVER POST YELP REVIEWS! Mr. Edwards took the time to not only chat with me on text, but to call and talk about what my goals were for my home theater setup. Though I scheduled, via Yelp, the day & time I wanted my installation, there were some technical difficulties where he wasn't informed of the scheduling. None the less, Mr. Edwards still made my appointment happen. He then sent the 2 best Technicians, Zen & Ronnie. Not only were they such professionals, but they were passionate about their work. To them, it wasn't a job, it was their world. They were so detail-oriented to make sure my projector was calibrated, mounted in the right place, and to where it outputted the image to the very edges of my projector screen. They LITERALLY made it look like a gigantic LED TV. I believe in Action over Words. BUT, when they talked with me, and amongst themselves, it was always how to get a better picture, the best cables, or how they can improve on what they've already done. Have had two separate installations with Sunset Studios Media Solutions. Both were excellent. The latest install had challenging interior surface spaces and for them it was no problem. They came up with both audio and visual solutions that were truly impressive. We had limited space for Cable Box/wi-fi/Blu Ray/etc. and our 70 inch flatscreen was hung from the ceiling leaving no where to put the various boxes.
