I showed up for my visit a few minutes early. The person who checked me in did not speak English and she had food on her face and food all over her shirt. I was then escorted to a room with very little light and given no instructions until I asked. The masseuse walked in w/o knocking and not knowing if I was undressed and ready for it. Her phone text tone went off a few times while my session was going. I could hear loud talking in the hallway and at one point my masseuse was called out of the room. I think she left the room approximately 4 times during my massage and never covered me up. She sat on my butt w/ a towel in between to do a portion of the massage. There are so many more horrible things about this appointment but these are the main points. Oh and lastly the Groupon included a "hot stone" portion which was never done. Do not go here! read more

I book appointment for a couple massage today the staff was very unprofessional the owner was very nasty the place was bad the room they are using for couple massage is a small closet the table can't be said by said the rooms so small they have them stack one in front of the other the floors was very slippery like they was wet also they have a sanding the front of the place that they say is private when they they cover it up. read more

I have been getting eyelash extensions for several years. I have tried a few different places and recently got a groupon for Milda at Audra's salon. It was easy to schedule, unlike my recent experience with a salon in Hinsdale and I was able to get in quickly. Milda was very attentive, making sure I was comfortable and covered me with a blanket to make sure I was warm. I am a nurse so I notice the little things that people do to make you feel more at ease and she certainly helped me to. She did a great job! I had been doing high volume, but my eyes are small and feel more natural look is better for me. She gave me exactly what I asked for. She also texted me aftercare instructions, something previous salons have never done or even discussed with me. Now I will see how long they stay for. It does depend on how well you take care of them, but I have also found they seem to last longer depending on who applies them. As long as the majority of them don't fall out with in the first week I will be even more pleased. In general I am very happy with my experience and my lashes look great!! I recommend Milda, and I have had a lot of experience with eyelash extensions. It doesn't hurt that Audra's is 5 minutes from my home!! That is a bonus! read more

Years ago I used to go to Audra's for massage. I found myself back in town and had a shoulder acting up. Two previous surgeries. I had some time so called and go an appointment. I was seen by Nellie (I hope I have that right). An absolutely amazing massage. When I got up, my shoulder was back to normal. It's a shame that I don't live in the area any more. read more

It was alright. The massage was better then average, the prices were average, and on those two things i might have done a 4/5. I also just walked in and they had time to fit me in... but the sound of others through the wall pretty much ruined the relaxation aspect of the massage. I could hear the other ladies talking loudly in the other room, and maybe even some kids coming home from school. It was also next to a liquor store and inside was not very relaxing at all... overall probably would not go back, too many other places in the area to try first... read more

Throughly enjoyed my massage with Ina. Very relaxing, good pressure and technique. For my first visit I was made very welcome and was not rushed. The women that work there are very pleasant. Hidden gem in Westmont. I came after I purchased a Groupon for Audra's Spa to use the herbal sauna. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I was so pleasantly surprised. It was great! Irina was my attendant. She was focused on ensuring my experience was nice. She gave me tea and helped me in and out of the cabinet during my session. I would highly recommend a visit especially if you are looking to lose weight using natural alternative. Next time, I will get a massage! read more

Website says open until 6, door says open until 6, I arrive at 5 greeted by a locked door and a lady behind the desk just making a motion they are closed but would not come to the door so I could get an explanation. Cbsavage,I just got a full massage for 1 hour.it was wounderful my back had tight spots which she worked out, it was very relaxing & comfortable. She made it very private before & during the hour. After she finished I was asked if I wanted a shower just to rinse off. There is also a steam room witch I may use on next visit. I recommend this place for anyone. What a way to start off New Year. i called and got in the same day for a pulled hamstring. its a small storefront that does hair as well, next to a hole in the wall liquor store, across from las palmas on ogden ave. the price for an hour is 65.00, which is reasonable in dupage county. i had rita, she was good and strong and not much chit chat. she assumes you have had massages before and just leaves the room with no instructions, and sort of end the massage abrubtly by saying "ok" and leaving the room. it may be the culture, so dont expect a lot of inane chatter and interest in your personal life. i enjoyed the massage better than ones ive had at massage envy in wheaton. read more

Been going here for more than a year. maybe once per month. have had massages from owner Natalia (best at deep tissue), Ira (great Swedish), Katherine (great Swedish and hair styling), and couple of others. This place is absolutely amazing. I think its under new ownership now and the new owner is very nice. She is friendly and very pleasant to deal with. They made a really warm and cozy environment. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. Had my hair cut, colored and styled there. Totally loved it. Also, had a deep tissue massage, can't even explain.
