When we got there they brought us in and sat us down and put our feet in water and then let us sit there for about 20 minutes. We got up and left. Obviously they had way overbooked the appointments around that time and it seemed like no one cared at all. Enormous. Clean and bright. The two seating waiting room and reception area hides the infinite # of nail tech stations. Perfect for multiple large bridal parties! I was pleased with "Jo" who did a very good and efficient waxing of my brows. The private room was sparse but since your eyes are closed I guess it doesn't matter. Their cost was reasonable. The menu of pedicures was extensive (and wonderful) but the spa recliners were empty--so maybe expensive? They are OPI not Dazzle Dry so I skipped nails--besides this is too cavernous and public for me. I like fewer people around for my spa experiences. read more

I found this salon through an Instagram ad. They were having a grand opening and offering a 15% discount to all new customers. I decided to treat myself and my 7 year old cousin to a pedicure and manicure. Upon checkout, the staff informed me that they could only apply the discount to my services and not my cousin's. This was quite disappointing and, in my opinion, a clear indication of poor customer service. Additionally, my pedicure chipped within 3 days. I also noticed a few air bubbles in the polish of my right big toe. Furthermore, I felt that the salon staff wasn't as thorough with the service as they should have been, especially considering the salon was quite empty when I arrived. For my manicure, I requested that my cuticles be cleaned and my nails filed but I didn't want any polish. Despite her assurances that she was done, I had to point out areas that still needed visible cleanup. read more

Showed them my ombré toe inspo and Vince my nail tech made it happen baby! The aesthetic here is beautiful and boujee, so with that being said the prices are little bit more than other places but worth the money. Whenever I'm back home this is my new spot! read more

Extremely disappointing experience. The management at this salon has some of the worst customer service I've encountered. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they banned me from returning after I left an honest review. That says a lot about how they handle feedback. It's unfortunate because some of their technicians do great work, but the management's attitude drives customers away. Also worth noting - many of the overly positive reviews seem questionable compared to the actual experience. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism or respect. read more

Incredibly clean salon and attentive techs! Everything looked so modern and new. I got a regular pedi and I felt like my tech really took their time.
