Once at my home and after completing the service, she complained about the size of my dog in her van, the struggle to groom my dog and then stated my dog is not a dog suitable for mobile grooming. Other than never being able to figure out whether I was due for a free dog wash after my six visits, I always had good experiences with this location, that all changed today. Today's issue happened to be that I got a call 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there saying that they needed me to come 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment, when I said, I would split the difference and be 15 minutes late because I already had the dog in the car and was on my way. I was put on hold and then told that would be OK. Upon my arrival I was put in a room that had so much hair from the previous dog that the tub would not drain and I walked out covered in hair that was blowing around when trying to dry my dog (that was after having to move the dryer as they did not have the 2 that are normally there). Meanwhile, they were having one of their employees groom another dog in the room next-door instead of having the self wash stations open for self washes for their customers. Then to top it off the price to wash my own dog (with someone else's dog hair) is now $30 for a 20 minute time-slot, a teaspoon of shampoo and some of their water. I've been frustrated that it was difficult to call to schedule an appointment. Their website was/is cumbersome and not conducive to actually scheduling a time but gives an "afternoon/morning/evening" option. Then they would reach out to you with what times were available and you'd go back-and-forth trying to iron out a time instead of just being able to call. Very disappointed at the direction this new ownership has taken this establishment. This will probably be our last visit here...

But Greenbriar thought about it, gave me a quote I could afford, and worked with me to keep Pistachio happy and healthy until I could pick her up again. They also offered nail trims while she was there, and sent updates periodically so I could see how she was doing. I am truly so grateful to the individuals at Greenbriar who looked after her! She is back in her stomping grounds now and is as much a princess as ever. She also learned some manners--doesn't get territorial anymore at mealtimes haha.

It was our first time meeting Mariah and Dr. Ainsworth today, but they treated us with such familiarity, which we appreciated. Mariah was so patient with one of our dogs who is super sassy and anxious and she walked us through everything the visit entailed. Dr. Ainsworth took the time to go over every single aspect of our dogs' day to day lives and discussed what we should tweak and what we shouldn't, which is so important to us because we want what's best for our dogs. We typically see Dr. Smith & we love her. She took time to really connect with not only our dogs, but us as well. We are always so pleased with our visits. Thank you for all that you do!

I highly recommend Sit Doggie because she is trustworthy and has a strong love for all animals. Cheryl grew up on a farm and had many animals as her pets, including a horse, dog, cats, bunnies and other animals. She has raised her girls to love all animals also. Our dog crossed the Rainbow Bridge last week and Cheryl was at our door with a beautiful bouque of flowers and a card, can't get much better than that! When she watched our dog while we were on vacation, she would send us pics of her and a quick note saying that our dog was doing great. Michele the owner is so welcoming and her staff Alexis & Rosa take pictures of the dogs playing all day long so every morning I check out Facebook and view happy happy dogs ..
