My 3 dogs love camp bow wow. One of my dogs is a special needs dog and the camp bow wow staff have gone above and beyond working with him to put him at ease these last 3 years. This morning when I pulled up, one of the staff came out to help me with the dogs. As soon as I turn into the parking lot, my hound dog is howling for joy.

I just moved here and my dogs are my babies, so I'm picky about where they go. This Camp Bow Wow with Erin and her team have been a TRUE life saver and true blessing!!!! They care, listen and are safe with covid requirements. Both of my dogs almost jump out of the car with excitement when they realize where we are going and at pick up time, both dogs are tired and actually want to sleep! One of my dogs has serious anxiety and can do weird things, she has actually failed daycares in the past. I was shocked when Erin listened, wanted to understand Luna and allowed Luna time to make sure she would be a good fit before just kicking her out and saying no. They truly care about your babies as much as you do. Thankful for this Camp Bow Wow location!! We truly love you guys! The babies are asleep now from their fun day today with you guys :)

Amazing place to send your pet. The owner has a giant heart and truly cares about each pet under her care.

It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

Kat was reliable, efficient, and immediately struck up a trusting connection with our 'boys'. It was challenging work for her, because she had to administer an inhaler treatment twice a day to one of the cats, Marlow, despite not having known him before. She did an absolutely wonderful job. He was actually in better shape and coughing less, after we came home than before we left. Both cats looked happy and relaxed. The cat area was left clean and tidy. I will look no further next time we need cat care. We also loved the photos and updates we got each day....it helped us relax much better while away!

Initially we checked out the Ridgeside Instagram account and then after contacting them for additional information we decided to sign Flossie up for the 3 week board & train program. We were given our trainer's contact info in case we had any questions or wanted additional info prior to the start date. Gina picked up Flossie and for the next three weeks we got pictures and videos every day of Flossie's training progress plus also information for us to learn about the training. All of this made the transition back home easy and seamless. Gina's instructions were clear and concise and she also made sure that we understood the hows and the whys of training. Since Flossie has been home Gina reached out to see how things were going and said she was available if we had any follow up questions. We are very happy with the outcome and feel the training really firmed up our loosey goosey training up to that point. Gina gave Flossie the foundational training she needed in order for us to meet our goals with Flossie and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Pebbles (blue heeler, 1.5 years old) would never listen to me, would not sit or lay still, and had a lot of other obedience issues that caused her to be stressed or confused. She was a TOUGH dog to train and I was concerned I couldn't find the solution for her to get basic concepts. This view has completely changed since working with RSK9's 3 week program. I would HIGHLY recommend them and their methods - you can tell they genuinely love working with dogs and it's made a huge difference in giving my dog the chance to find real rest at home. They send DAILY updates with photos and videos which was so nice. This isn't a regular class or something you just pay for; it's truly an investment that you and your dog will be using for the time you get to share together. Side note: it's worth doing 3 weeks versus 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark is when Pebbles really started to understand her marks and cues. From here there is so much more that can be refined and Brandi/Perry really capitalize on that threshold being crossed!

It was our first time meeting Mariah and Dr. Ainsworth today, but they treated us with such familiarity, which we appreciated. Dr. Ainsworth took the time to go over every single aspect of our dogs' day to day lives and discussed what we should tweak and what we shouldn't, which is so important to us because we want what's best for our dogs.
