I can't say enough about two specific reps at the Audrey McFarlins State Farm office. Kasia Turczyn has worked endlessly to help with an issue my car and phone were having to connect to the Safe and Save. Most recently I was sitting at a red light and got plowed into by a driver and they wound up totaling my car due to extensive damages. Thank God I had no injuries (unlike the others involved) but I went straight to the State Farm office after the accident. NICOLE FULTON dropped what she was doing and immediately assisted me in contacting the insurance company of the guy at fault and took immediate steps to get the bal rolling and my claim h fee way. Less than two weeks and I am settled with a new auto and they took care of everything that needed to be done. What an amazing group of professional, thorough and diligent employees. Had a very minor accident today and stopped in on the way home to file a claim. Office staff asked a few questions and kept telling me I should file a claim with the other driver's insurance company. I told them I do business with them, not the other company. After a few minutes back and forth, they told me they can't take a claim. Claims have to be done by phone. All in all, they were of no help whatsoever today. I went home, called the number on my insurance card, and a helpful, friendly representative took care of things in a few minutes. read more

Krystina is the biggest scam artist. She used to work at a car dealership on Harlem where she scammed people on financing charges charging 29% interest and now she is scamming ppl through State Farm. I guess Audrey was impressed with her scandalous ways bcs that's where she found her so this tells you something about the ethics of this specific agency RUN AWAY. read more
