There's a mural on the side of the building and it was beautiful. They had a food truck and the set up inside was very cute and luxurious. I entered into a raffle and even got some free goodies. Sadly, i am making this review so what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else. I had my brows done first session in August and second in October. I was unhappy with my results, Lucy assured me to wait the 8 weeks. I did and was still unhappy. I told Lucy they were not ombré, it had been shaded to dark in the front and that they were crooked as well as looked like prison brows. Lucy said it was my skin pigmentation and to schedule a third session and pay another $150. That didn't sit right with me. I paid and consulted two other certified brow artists. Unfortunately they confirmed my concerns. One artist said "you will need a correction, As far as getting the fronts lighter, you can't. She went over them during your touch up. Unless you get them lightened up either by laser or a solution removal". "The only thing she can correct is the shape". (Uneven and crooked and not ombré) Second artist said "they're are not ombré, her pressure is too light. You could tell your artist to go over them again and not touch the front in hopes of saturating the brow more and getting the front to look lighter." I reached out to Lucy so she could correct her mistakes and I wouldn't have to go and pay another $600 to get the brows corrected elsewhere. Lucy said "You're more than welcome to get them redone by someone else". Unfortunately now i have this botched job and Lucy did not try to fix her mistake. Keep that in mind when booking.

I drove about 45 min to get here yo get such crappy results. My sister's bf notice right away gets were so uneven. I emailed them asking for a refund and they said no. The owner just said she will take care of me free of charge. To me this isn't fair because one, they shouldn't be so uneven with all the experience they allegedly have. Second, why would I even want to come back when they want done right the first time. Thanks but no thanks!

From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. Ps- PRIOR to my appointment with Robyn, I was planning on getting fillers after my lips healed from the tattoo. While the young woman who did my full Brazilian wax was kind, she absolutely botched the wax job. I…read moream currently in terrible pain and my labia are swollen and irritated. Upon being greeted, the young lady walked me to a very small "room" with waxing table. She covered the table with paper, and told me to change into a white terry cloth skirt. The skirt was not clean, and had hair on it. The wax started fine enough, but it was very clear this young woman was not professional and didn't really know what she was doing. Several times, she left the room, leaving the door ajar. She was the only person working, so every time a new customer walked in, she had to leave the room. At one point, she asked me if it was okay for her to go do another customer's eyebrows. I reluctantly said yes. It was clear that this woman struggled to complete the waxing process. She went over the same spot several times. She did not hold the skin taut, and missed several areas. She also instructed me to "come back tomrrow" and "the other girl will fix what is left." Overall, a terrible experience. The only reason I gave one star was because the technician (I use that term loosely) was very nice.
