Walk-in are welcomed, there was no wait for me and my friend. The shop was clean, organized, and spacious enough. I paid a total of $25 for eyebrow threading AND tint before tip. 04/14/18- 6:00pm Service: Natural Eyelashes Cost: $25 My sister and I decided to go support the new business in the area so we decided on eyelashes. When we first arrived Jasmine welcomed us so warmly and kindly that It felt like I knew her already lol. The atmosphere was a very kind feeling with nice music. It was clean and just a beautiful place to be in. Jasmine explained in great detail the difference between the natural and the full set eyelashes. My sister and I decided on the natural eyelashes medium length. Jasmine was quick! Not a "In a rush" quick but the I'm a pro and been doing this for years quick! I love it, especially because she was able to service my sister and I in less than 25 minutes. I look forward to coming back to try more service especially the henna tattoos. The one star is "forced" by the system or it will not post the review. I would do 0 stars. Came in for the first time for eyelash extensions. The older woman (manager) recommended the medium thicker set. I did not like them at all, they felt heavy, there were gaps on the ends, the lines were crooked when I closed my eyes you could see them crooked, with eyes open you could see they were uneven and looked ridiculous. I paid. I called back to let her know I really did not like them and she said she would give me a $5 discount to do another set. Rather than offer to change them to satisfy the customer, considering it was her recommendation based on her knowledge of the product, she said "I already wasted my time doing the first set". After careful consideration I took the loss, I came back to have them removed. $35 lesson learned. This manager considers it a "waste of her time" to have people come in and sit in her chair. Do not recommend at all. read more

It was my first time going here last Friday and it wasnt busy at all for 3pm. Maybe because it was the weather too. There was one girl in front of me, waiting to get Henna done. There was only one employee and I was running short on time because I had to pick up my little one from the bus stop. She was so quick with the henna and it looked beautiful. I had eyebrows, upper lip and chin threading. This girl was so thorough and my skin was so smooth. The best part, barely any skin irritation or cuts. I'll definitely be coming back here! read more

First time I came here the lady that took care of me did an awesome job. Came back a second time and another lady did the wax and when I got home it looked like I had gotten in a cat fight. I went back today and the lady that was there was on her cell and kept asking eyebrow wax or threading. Like she was in a hurry to get back to her call. I mention to her I wanted my whole face done. She stops what she is doing to greet another customer and leaves the wax on my eyebrow. When she was done she went ahead and grabbed a cotton ball and rubs it on my face. I felt my face on fire. You dont rub anything after a wax!!!. I was pissed and she just said put ice when you get home. Then she mentions maybe dont do wax try some threading. I have done wax all the time and no one has ever burned my face. I gave them a second chance but never again will I go back. She apologized and gave me a $5 discount. read more
