I love Dr. Heather because she's able to fix my incredibly painful herniated disc that keeps me awake at night when it flares up and impacts my nerves severely, with one single adjustment. This is not the norm though. The vast majority of people need a treatment plan, but Dr. Heather has the magic touch and if you need chiropractic treatment, please don't hesitate to go to her. I've been participating in the Ideal Protein program offered at this office since the middle of July. I transferred from another practice in which I was dissatisfied. I was immediately taken by the warm, supportive atmosphere. Brad Creehan listens and gives constructive advice. He offers tools to help understand and guide the weight loss progress. His team works together to make sure it is the best experience possible. The product selection is impressive as well as the value. At the age of 59 I'd given up on ever reaching a normal BMI, decreasing my A1C from 7.2 to 5.4 in 3 months while coming off of 2 diabetic medications and going from triglycerides that were so high they could not be measured to normal along with my other cholesterol parameters. My blood pressure is that of a teenager. I went from a size 20-22 to a size 10-12. My life has changed dramatically with my 55 pound weight loss in 4 months. I am so much more confident and proud of my accomplishments on every level. I've recommended this center and Ideal Protein diet to 2 other relatives and they've followed suit recommending to 2 other relatives. Each of them is progressing just as quickly and efficiently. I went there for having neck pain. An x-ray was taken without any protection being put on my during the x-ray. My neck was popped the same day without going over the x-ray. I should have known then that something did not seem right. I went back a few days later and reviewed the x-ray. I was told have a bone spur. I went a few weeks for having my neck popped with no relief. I went to my regular Dr for a second opinion. My regular Dr reviewed the x ray with me on the same day during my visit. She even sent it off to have a board certified radiologist read and they said there is indeed not a bone spur my x ray was normal. Who's x ray was a I shown ? After moving here I searched for a doctor who manages the Ideal Protein Weight loss program. Lucky for me I came across Spinecare Chiropractic My experience has been amazing since day one with Dr Creehan and his Chiropractic Assistant, Maria. Once I week I stop in to be weighed, measured and discuss how my previous week was on the Ideal Protein diet. Every time Dr Creehan and Maria are encouraging and positive. Most recently I had some questions for Dr Creehan regarding implementing an exercise program into my weekly routine. He went out of his way to research an answer to my question....later that day he sent me an email with detailed information and additional websites so that I can so research on my own.
