Preston Chiropractic is a clean chiropractic office nestled off of High House Road in Cary. The front desk staff and the chiropractors are extremely nice, friendly, and personable. I came here due to a shoulder strain and pinched nerve that was causing me pain in my left shoulder, side of the neck and back area by my scapula. It seemed like it was taking longer than usual to heal. I was able to make an appointment and be seen in the same day. The day after my treatment the pain I had was half of what I felt the previous day and I felt amazing. The one star because of the wait time. I had a 4:30pm appointment and wasn't seen until 5:15pm. The 45 minute wait was a bit much for a short 5 minute procedure and 10 minutes on the rolling table with the stim machine. read more

Yo, this place is awesome. Right when walking in you can hear the beautiful and relaxing instrumental songs that they play. The receptionist was LOVELY and friendly, all the staff i had contact with was amazing and took great care of me. Everything was really well explained and all my questions were answered directly and easily. I have been a patient of Preston Chiro and Nirvelli Med Spa for 2 decades, and I consider myself quite picky when it comes to my providers. My initial diagnosis was migraines, most likely from a bad car accident I was in when I was in my teens. I used to take daily medications on top of pain meds to ward off almost daily migraines. Now I might have one migraine or two a month because of triggers like the weather. My prescription pain meds often go unused and expire since now most days I am pain free thanks to preventative care with chiropractic, acupuncture, and therapeutic massage. read more

I've been going to preston Chiropractic for a couple of months now and I've already gotten results that years of medical treatments and physical therapy have not. It took me a while to take this leap of faith; in fear that I would only spend more money and be no better off. But it faired totally opposite! They even got to the source of some of my pain that my physicians eithee honestly missed or ignored as insignificant. If you are on the fence about trying chiropractic treatment or accupuncture; I suggest giving this team a shot. When I had adjustments with doctor Marc it was great!! He was careful and you could see he knew what he was doing. I can also say that about the acupuncture sections I had on the past. It helped me a lot when I was in a lot of pain. But, about 3 weeks ago, I hurt my right ribs and my PD told me to get my back adjusted. The pain was coming from my lower back. I went to Preston chiropractor and Doctor Marc was not working there anymore. So, they sign me up with this doctor "Ed ", he is new there. His assistant told me wanders about him. She said he adjusts her back like anyone else, that he was funny ( as it would matter when you are in pain) and on and on. He came and without asking me much or taking an X-ray to see what was going on, he put all his weight to twist me to the left. I felt this strong pain irradiating to the left side. I say ... awwwwwch. What pain is that? He said... "Oh, it hurts? I will be more careful next time!" I got up and went to the physiotherapy room, where there was another gentleman complaining about the pain he was feeling after just seen this particular doctor, and the pain wouldn't go away. When I was leaving I had to question him again about it. He answered ... Pain moves. It will be gone on the next 2 days. No need for pain medications! Pain moves? Yes it does because it took me to bed for 2 days, taken aleave 500mg, canceling my work agenda for for 2 days. because I couldn't lift my left arm and seen another "serious" chiropractor for a real treatment. It's sad, but also my obligation to tell people be careful to whom you see as chiropractor. Preston is a welcoming, clean, stuff is very nice. But if you get seriously hurt on the wrong hands, sometimes gets really complicated. read more

First time visit I was offered for purchase the LIMU and Adrenal Health Supplements. Everyone in the office seemed very nice. The supplements smelled funny when I opened the packet but I thought it was normal. After about a month I started having stomach aches.I take a closer look at the supplement label and notice they are way past their best buy date. I go back to the office and the receptionist refused to address the issue stating I had already used a good portion of it and the supplement is "good for 3 years past the best use by date". I paid top dollar for these supplements and it is a fact effectiveness decreases after best use by date and degradants start forming. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect supplements are within expiry when purchasing. Horrible customer service! read more
