Decided to give The Wellness Bar a shot after being told I need to calm the inflammation party…read morehappening in my back. Apparently, I've got a slipped disc pressing on my root nerve--aka the source of all my current misery. Surgery's not really on the table, so I'm doing my best to heal the natural way (with a side of physical therapy). At this point, even tying my shoes feels like an Olympic event, so I'm willing to try anything that might help. I signed up for a month since it's $99 and unlimited...total no-brainer. I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. The service here is top-notch, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I actually have a sauna place just five minutes from home, but I still drive 25 minutes to come here--because when you find the spot, you stay loyal. The comeback is in full swing, and once this back is healed, I'm rising as Superwoman 2.0--stronger, sharper, glowing harder than ever, and still blasting my playlist while I take on the world like it owes me something.

I called the next day to say I wanted to exchange it for one that was not broken. He accused me of dropping it. I told him I did not drop it. I offered to send him a photo so he could see the screws were rusted. and the base was broken and separated, and the salt lamp part was fine, he could see it was not dropped. I just wanted to exchange it for another one. He said, no, it was my problem that I dropped it. It was fine when he put in the bag. I again said I will bring it back and he can examine and see there is no evidence that it was dropped, and I would like to exchange it. He refused. I am only giving one star because I had to in order to post this experience.

My Dr. Was out of the office so I couldn't get in to be seen, bummer but everything happens for a reason So while browsing Good ol Groupon I seen the Salt room & read the following on their website sounded interesting and I'll try anything once halotherapy - uses aerosoled salt. The size of the particles is the same as in natural salt caves. When breathed in, these particles penetrate deep into the bronchial tree where the antiseptic properties of the salt can work on mucus and infections. People can experience improvement of bronchial drainage, that is, bronchial tube cleansing. salt room was developed, a room where the walls and floor are covered with salt and a halogenerator blows crushed salt particles into the room providing all the health benefits that a natural salt cave would. Well even better my little guy who is 8 has had a lingering cough & they said it's safe and perfect for children ! I was excited to hear this & so was he I guess children respond faster than adults do and let me tell you he did not cough all night !! and when we walked out of there we felt 60% better I'm not wheezing & starting to feel better this place rocks ! Give them a try The staff was friendly, clean waiting room, short wait what more can you ask for. Oh and the have an apothecary shop if your into that sort of thing

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this float spa's Tempe location…read more I was previously a loyal member at their Scottsdale location from 2020-2021 and had wonderful experiences. After moving away and later returning, I reestablished my membership and began visiting the Tempe location. Until recently, my visits had been positive. A month ago, I was involved in a serious car accident and needed to pause my membership while recovering. I communicated this with management and was told my account would be paused. I was also told I could still float during that time. In fact, I came in the week prior to this incident and had a seamless, excellent experience. However, my most recent visit was completely different. When I arrived for my scheduled float, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff member, Jeremy. From the beginning, his demeanor made me feel unwelcome, as though I did not belong there. He insisted I update my card before I could proceed, despite the fact that I have an active membership and a valid card on file. I explained I could update my card later, or he could use the existing card or a gift card on my account--but he refused all options except my gift card which he didn't want me to use unless I gave him a different card. I explained to him the card on file was fine. Ultimately, I was forced to proceed under stressful conditions, which completely disrupted what should have been a therapeutic experience. My float was filled with anxiety, and I ended it early--something that has never happened to me before. After my session, the poor service continued. I was given tea but then left unattended for over 30 minutes. I was not offered any of the post-float amenities included in my membership, such as oxygen or the salt cave. I eventually gathered my belongings and prepared to leave. As I exited, Jeremy called out to ask if I wanted to schedule another session, then told me I could not return until I updated my card. This was both confusing and inappropriate, especially since I had not been billed, nor had any payment attempt been made on my account. When I tried to calmly understand the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and escalating rudeness. He ultimately directed me to email the manager, then abruptly ended the interaction by slamming items and walking away. I left in tears. As a person of color, I cannot ignore how this interaction made me feel. I have never felt this way at this business before, but this experience raised serious concerns about how I was treated and why. I contacted the manager, Amanda, and was initially blamed for the situation. Only after further clarification did she apologize, stating she had not been given the full story. While I appreciate the apology, the damage had already been done. I have since canceled my membership. Paying $200 per month should come with professionalism, respect, and care--especially in a wellness environment. No client should ever feel disrespected, dismissed, or unwelcome. I will not be returning.

It says to be there 30 minutes early for a a new customer so I did their door says Monday 4 PM to 10 PM so I called and they said 10 AM but was still there 30 minutes early when it was unnecessary since they didn't open till 10. I couldn't use the Groupon since I have already been a customer remind you 5+ years ago they would not honor it. I understand if it was recently that would not be a new customer but 5+ years ago is a little outrageous along with that. The rust and smell is not worth going back. I highly recommend not going to this location at least

I've been seeing Abbie since 2022 for overall health and reduce stress. However, I've seeing her recently to relieve a hip and back pain which has gotten a lot better after just three sessions. She can adapt her pressure to my needs and preferences making it a very comfortable and relaxing experience. She communicates effectively and is very professional. Abbie is also very friendly and compassionate. I like that I get a massage for the whole time I schedule, plus additional time at the beginning of each session to talk about my needs and at the end Abbie gives me recommendations. I also like that when she is with me, there are no interruptions of any kind so her full attention is on me. She provides a relaxing environment with calming music, dim lighting, comfortable temperature and a clean space. She is a pretty busy lady so I schedule my appointments well in advance.
