Then did the infra-red sauna followed by the ice bath hot tub back to the ice back and finished in the hot tub. I have dealt with chronic pain for over 23 years. This therapy has been the best thing I have have ever tried. I also did an add-on. I forget the name of it but it has the Tesla coil in the room and I was told it helps ground you. I am not sure how much beneficial that was. However it was a great time meditate . I highly recommend this place. It is welcoming and inviting. The sauna bays are always functioning properly. You can adjust the heat and lighting, which is a plus.The sound system inside the sauna is great. For entertainment, you can watch Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, or YouTube. They also give you a refreshing lavender face towel at the end of your session.
