    Halotherapy (Salt Room)

There was great customer service both on the phone and when I got there! I did the 3 services for 39$. I did the red lights, sauna, and halo room and immediately felt like it was clearing out my sinuses and lungs! After getting over a sickness, I left feeling so much better.

I don't write a ton of reviews, but this one's worth it…read more I had an incredible experience at True REST Float Spa. From the second I walked in, you can tell they take pride in what they're doing. The place is spotless, the vibe is calm, and everything feels intentional. What stood out to me right away was the staff. Super welcoming, very professional, and they actually take the time to walk you through everything so you're not guessing or feeling awkward your first time. They explain the process, what to expect, and answer anything you throw at them. The float itself... honestly, you just have to experience it. It's one of those things that's hard to explain but you feel the difference right away. Mentally and physically, I walked out feeling reset. I've got to shout out Keeley. She was/is amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience you're having. Because of how everything was handled, I ended up signing up for a membership on the spot... and completed my second float 48 hours later and I'm already planning my next session. If you've been on the fence about trying this, stop waiting. Just book it. You'll get it once you do.

True REST Float Spa is a really cool concept. My mom was visiting from out of town and wanted to…read moretry it so we went together. We were both interested in high concentration Epsom salt, sensory deprivation, and relaxation. But unfortunately we both ended up not loving it :( It was super easy to schedule an appointment, they have a great introductory offer for first time floaters, Keely was amazing at explaining everything to us, and helping to manage our expectations and answering our questions. I love the salt lamps inside! You shower before using the pod, hear music for 15 minutes, then float in darkness (there is a light if you choose to use it) and silence for 40 minutes, then music comes back on for a five minute warning before it's time to get out. The water is skin temperature but I was actually a little bit cold during my float. I tried floating without using any support devices but decided to use the halo when I started to feel some tension in my neck. At one point I did get some salt water in my eye and it does burn pretty bad but they have a spray bottle and washcloth to rinse it out. The reason I didn't love it is really no fault of theirs. I had a hard time quieting my mind. Maybe if I didn't have so much going on, I could have quieted my mind and had a more peaceful experience. I was also a little bit cold so I kept moving around to try to submerge the cold parts of my body to warm up a little. I didn't mind the humidity in the pod and didn't have trouble breathing but my mom really didn't enjoy that part. I got a little nauseated afterwards and chose ginger and mint oxygen scents to try to help with the nausea. Keeley was so accommodating and let me change my sense a couple times. If you're interested in the concept, definitely give it a try! It was very clean and the staff were very kind.

If you've been thinking about it, do it! It was an amazing experience. ( Yes, the place is super clean too). Shampoo, soap and towels are provided. Lastly, I thought I could maybe have an issue with it being an enclosed space, but it's pretty big and has a comforting vibe. You can choose, whether you want lights and/or music on or off.

In March 2025 when I was trying to get through Massage school. I needed something "extra" - more support & motivation - & found it at ReVibeU. I called on Sunday, March 16th, to learn more, talked to Rya & zipped down there that same night for my first EVER Float sesh. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt a chill AND positive vibe. Thanks to Rya for giving me the tour/rundown of how everything works. She exuded such kindness and professionalism in sharing about RVU. Once in my individual Float Chamber, I got situated. Wow ~ as mentioned in another review: they've got you covered! Your session includes towels, wash clothes, shampoo/conditioner, ear plugs, spray bottle of water to spray your face down (b/c ouch! if salt water gets in your eyes, it burns), & even Qtips. Once in the Float Chamber, floating on top of the water took me about 10 minutes to fully relax "into" it, like it was a couch. Then I settled in & that night I slept so well! The best decision I made was to buy an unlimited one month membership. In the first week, I visited ReVibeU four more times: Monday: First Hyperbaric Chamber Wednesday: Second Float Sesh Saturday: First Vibe session Sunday: First two-hour Float Sesh Overall, this place radiates good vibes. I appreciate that every corner you look, there's signage with positive affirmations and plenty of fresh water & clementines/bananas! The Relax/Community room is fun & filled w/ hammocks + a ginormous Chalkboard where everyone writes encouraging words! Big shout out to Lalli for checking me in a few other times & having great convos about good stuff. Bonus: they also hold Community Events AND they have room for your small biz to hold a Mindfulness Event w/ Breathing/Yoga + Individual Float Sessions. I ended up belonging here for two months? That was what I needed at the time & am so glad to "discover" ReVibeU. Per the usual, I look forward to going back since it's been over six months since I've been there. Thanks Everyone!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this float spa's Tempe location…read more I was previously a loyal member at their Scottsdale location from 2020-2021 and had wonderful experiences. After moving away and later returning, I reestablished my membership and began visiting the Tempe location. Until recently, my visits had been positive. A month ago, I was involved in a serious car accident and needed to pause my membership while recovering. I communicated this with management and was told my account would be paused. I was also told I could still float during that time. In fact, I came in the week prior to this incident and had a seamless, excellent experience. However, my most recent visit was completely different. When I arrived for my scheduled float, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff member, Jeremy. From the beginning, his demeanor made me feel unwelcome, as though I did not belong there. He insisted I update my card before I could proceed, despite the fact that I have an active membership and a valid card on file. I explained I could update my card later, or he could use the existing card or a gift card on my account--but he refused all options except my gift card which he didn't want me to use unless I gave him a different card. I explained to him the card on file was fine. Ultimately, I was forced to proceed under stressful conditions, which completely disrupted what should have been a therapeutic experience. My float was filled with anxiety, and I ended it early--something that has never happened to me before. After my session, the poor service continued. I was given tea but then left unattended for over 30 minutes. I was not offered any of the post-float amenities included in my membership, such as oxygen or the salt cave. I eventually gathered my belongings and prepared to leave. As I exited, Jeremy called out to ask if I wanted to schedule another session, then told me I could not return until I updated my card. This was both confusing and inappropriate, especially since I had not been billed, nor had any payment attempt been made on my account. When I tried to calmly understand the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and escalating rudeness. He ultimately directed me to email the manager, then abruptly ended the interaction by slamming items and walking away. I left in tears. As a person of color, I cannot ignore how this interaction made me feel. I have never felt this way at this business before, but this experience raised serious concerns about how I was treated and why. I contacted the manager, Amanda, and was initially blamed for the situation. Only after further clarification did she apologize, stating she had not been given the full story. While I appreciate the apology, the damage had already been done. I have since canceled my membership. Paying $200 per month should come with professionalism, respect, and care--especially in a wellness environment. No client should ever feel disrespected, dismissed, or unwelcome. I will not be returning.

Get there a little early (especially if it is your first time so they can go through the orientation). Get into your room, put earplugs in, shower, and then head into the pods. Th experience in the pods differ for everyone. Once you calm down enough, and are floating in the middle, it is quite the experience. It's like being transported to space. An hour in the pod is enough time to destress after a long day or week. As someone who has anxiety, sitting in a dark pod can be triggering a bit. They do have light options in the pod, which do help. However my experience this time was a couple of moments of spasms and a few moments of calming myself down. Worse comes to worse you can al and sit up or keep the pod hatch open the whole time too. But the experience is a lot better with it dark and closed. I had the membership years ago. It takes a few floats to get used to the experience, but it was well worth it. Price is a bit on the high side, but that's to be expected. If you have time every month, the membership is worth it. But a float every once in a while is worthwhile.
