    Needs to be cleaned more! This place was great when it opened but it's starting to get dirty like hair and dust all over the red light room so gross. The sweaty goats saunas are great but definitely need to be deep cleaned and repaired, one is down because it had nails coming up from the floor. Only 3 of the 4 cold tubs have been working this past month. It can get so busy it's uncomfortable

It's…read moreextremely rare for me to give a 1 star review as I don't want to negatively affect a business but owner Annette said "we do very well" so I guess my review won't matter anyway. I had never even heard of HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) until seeing how it positively affected my brother in law. We found this location to be closest to us so we called but there was no answer. We thought that was very strange (this should have been a huge red flag) so we decided to go in person. We met Jen who was very nice and she explained how it works. The cost is $95/session, $270/3 sessions, $425/5 sessions, and $800/10 sessions. Hubby and I bought the 10 session package for $800 to start. Unfortunately the chamber was very uncomfortable for hubby and he just could not continue after a couple sessions. I ended up completing the 8 sessions and bought another 10 sessions as I had read it takes awhile to feel the effects. I don't have any medical issues for getting HBOT but after about 5 sessions I think I started feeling better in general, or maybe it was a placebo effect and I was trying to justify spending so much money for something I didn't even need. I don't think I'll ever know. Initially everything was fine but I started running into issues with this business. One time on a Friday I went for my session and the place was closed. I waited for 20 minutes and texted Jen but didn't receive a reply until Monday stating she thought her replacement Lisa had told me they would be closed that day. I told her no and she apologized about the misunderstanding so all good. I saw Lisa, Jen's replacement a few times when Jen was off. She was nice enough but one time she did not pressurize the chamber and I didn't even know while I was in there for an entire hour! What a waste of time. She then says well you did get oxygen. I told her I'm not paying $100/session to receive regular oxygen and she said she would make a note. Another time the pressure went off and their response was that happens when the chiropractor next door runs his machine? After my 15th session, Jen advised they'll be closed for a month as she was going on a very long trip. She said the owner was still recovering from her foot surgery and could not bear weight. I was not happy to hear about having a month lapse in treatment but I had no choice other than waiting to hear from them. I received a text from owner Annette 3 weeks later so I made the remaining 3 appointments online. I met Annette and she told me Jen had so many complements for me and hubby. I went for my 16th appointment last Thursday at 10AM and again the place was closed! I waited 10 minutes and text Annette but didn't receive a reply so I left. 20 minutes later she texts me saying her softwareis flip flopping between MST and PST? so I drove back at 11AM and Annette says at first her calendar stated my appt was at 10AM then it showed 11AM. I told her it was the second time I showed up for an appointment and they were closed. Her response was that she has no control over the software and never apologized. If the clients miss a session, they have to pay for the treatment yet there is no accountability at their end?? So unfair and ridiculous. I've NEVER EVER experienced a business being closed when I had an appointment! Get a different software for your business, train your employees right, and be there for your customers when they expect you to be there!! What a ridiculous way to run a business! No wonder I only saw 3 other clients there the entire 1.5 months I had gone there. I was always the only one there getting treatment. I rarely saw anyone before or after my treatments yet the owner says they do very well?? I'm just relieved I don't have to go back there. Huge lesson learned for me never to buy packages unless I am positive about the business.

However, once I found this place, I never looked back on other doctor offices and I used to have Kaiser Permanente as my insurance and dental. Dr. Alessandro is the absolute best and is all about education people of all ages. All the staff is very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and hospitable! Perfect balance! Did I also mention the phlebotomist (she) is extremely skilled and is very talented in her job! She is the only phlebotomist in the state of Arizona (east valley) that has drawn my blood in one poke. No other phlebotomist has. I also love how this office promotes everything all natural; no latex, synthetic chemicals, and pharmaceuticals are their last resort. I'm so grateful I found this place and will definitely be a patient for as long as I can. :) Fun fact: Dr. Alessandro (she) also has patients from Italy that visit her for her services exclusively.     Great Doctor, Highly Unprofessional Management & Privacy Concerns…read more I am writing this because while the clinical care from the doctors here (specifically Dr. Rodriguez) is wonderful, the administrative side of this practice (specifically the business owner Laura) is deeply concerning. The front desk is often loud and unprofessional, frequently discussing personal matters or medical details within earshot of the entire waiting room. I have witnessed staff giving unsolicited medical advice or aggressively upselling supplements, which creates an atmosphere that feels out of place in a naturopathic setting. There are often significant wait times- it is common to wait an hour or more past your scheduled appointment. The office staff is rude and aggressive. The office frequently pushes for sensitive information (like insurance cards) to be sent via text message rather than using their secure portal. If you value your privacy and a professional medical environment, be wary. I truly hope the talented doctors here eventually find a space that aligns with the actual principles of patient care and confidentiality.

An urgent care disguised as a family practice that rarely, if ever, let's you see a doctor (over 30 visits for my family), Generation's billing practices are a nightmare. Here's some examples: Step one: Charge the completely wrong insurance company. 3 months later get rejected by the wrong insurance carrier, gets it to correct BCBS organization, pays the partial. Step two: Generations sends invoice days later stating that the money owed is 90+ days overdue, that the next step is to send to collections and charge a 33% penalty. First invoice ever sent. Step three: When I call to pay, I am told that the words on the invoice, as well as it stating past due by 90 days, isn't true as its their first invoice. That they meant to send it to the wrong BCBS because "that's what we do in AZ, just submit it to AZ" even though the ID number, card, etc. all state the correct account information. No apology. No acknowledgement. Step four: Paid, informed them that after bringing our entire family to Generations for over 4 years, they have lost our business. Similar situations have happened with their billing department, from double charges, to failing to credit previous payments to correct accounts, etc. for years. And finally, no apology, acknowledgement, or even the bother for a phone call from the actual doctors after many issues and complaints. We hung in there as my family liked one of the practitioners, but clearly it's a bad practice. I do not recommend and hope for the sake of their patients that their practice is evaluated.

The MD is only available to those willing to pay $1600 cash. 2) their paperwork states they will charge $50 for each document the physician must sign on the patients behalf. Any office that supports a certain line of treatment should be willing to fight for coverage (Prior authorizations, appeals, letters of medical necessity) on your behalf without financial penalty to a patient. They told me "it doesn't happen *that* often, but our providers need to be compensated for their time". most insurance companies will require a pre-auth for 2nd+ line of therapy or medial services.

A one week stay in February and a 5-week stay in July/August. Plus, a surgery in June. It's just a combination of weird things. But throughout it all, I have been fortunate to receive excellent care. And Holly has been outstanding. She really cares about her patients.

No that's right that's the way she answered me. I couldn't see her badge so not sure on the spelling. I entered the building at 6:54am with sun glare in my eyes. I had appointment at 7:15 and was15 minutes early as asked. I looked to the right were check is. As I approached the desk there was a closed sign I started to ask if they were open but the person I've mentioned laid out a sign in sheet. Now that I was at the desk I went ahead and signed in. Not knowing that the people there hadn't signed in. I apologized t I felt I had been rude. But Serene was going to show me. I would wait to the last to be checked in ok I get it your a mean person. But I could hear her tell one lady that she was going to make me wait. I wasn't trying to get in before my appointment I understand how labs work. But this type of action from a (health care provider??) is sad I'm sure I'm not the only one that she has dealt with in this manner. She managed to get me so upset that I was crying and shaking so bad. One of Banners Team came out to me. I didn't go looking for her. I explained the situation. She told me she would look in to it. As I did go back to get my blood work done. I asked why so mean her reply and the phlebotomist that a was out of hand. I made no threats I so upset by her actions of being so mean. Her reply was I jumped in front of everyone and said your appointment isn't till7:15. Exactly so just check in first on and mention your appointment isn't till 7:15 there are people ahead of you. That sounds just a bit more professional and bit caring. Not just for me but the others would know I'm not in front of them. This person might need more time training in customer service. Now I have been using Sonora Quest in this area for 10 yrs. Assuming that they all open 6am. This facility opens at 7 am. Which I did not know since I've never been there. But doctor wanted work done at his facility. That WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Just here sharing my experience. which still keeping wound up nausea shaking. Maybe she just doesn't understand how being mean especially people who are already frightened of what bloodwork might show. I would put no stars the phlebotomist wasn't a person in charge of her office. She listened to her office person without even taking into consideration how I felt or listened to me.
