I sought care at Allergy Partners of Georgia expecting follow-through on a treatment plan discussed…read moreat my December visit, including medication and Dupixent enrollment. Unfortunately, delays and lack of communication resulted in a flare-up and additional doctor visits to obtain care that should have been coordinated through this office. While a staff member eventually stepped in to help move things forward, the overall experience left me feeling more like a chart than a patient. When treatment delays directly impact someone's health and quality of life, communication, accountability, and follow-through are essential -- and in this case, those expectations were not met, which is why I've chosen to continue my care elsewhere.

Super excited about the new location in Oconee. After many many suggestions to visit this practice,…read morewe did. I rely strongly on word of mouth from my friends, family, and community about their personal experiences. When I asked for help on who to see, I was told by 30+ people that Dr. Firschein was, hands down, the best around. I had no idea what to expect besides, we have a sick little girl that really needs help with allergy problems. I'm reluctant to give 5 star reviews when sharing my experience, I try and be as honest and thorough as possible in hopes of helping others. I've had more than my share of some really bad doctor experiences/office staff experiences. This doctor is probably the best doctor I have ever come into contact with. The entire office is probably the best office I've ever come into contact with. A few of the words I would use to describe Dr. Firschein would be: highly intelligent, straight to the point, warm, caring, assertive, and determined. Thank you Dr. Firschein for taking such excellent care of our daughter today, thank you also to Valerie who was excellent. If I were any doctor in Athens, I would pay you a lot of money to duplicate what you're doing, because most have it completely wrong and waste their patients time. Your office was easy, no unneeded wait times, and everyone worked efficiently to get us in and out, while at the same time, getting to business. Thank you, thank you to all my friends that told my about this excellent specialist. I hope this review helps others to get into an excellent practice that will get your needs addressed, and truly care about you.

My daughter is a student at GCSU and suffered from allergies all last year. She improved greatly…read morewhen she got home for summer break. A week after being in Milledgeville, her allergies returned and she ended up at Ergent Care today covered with a rash and still having allergy issues. Last spring she visited Langford and was told she doesn't have allergies. They proceeded to do some other test for a grand total over $1k. I did some research myself and believe she's allergic to ragweed there. She's definitely allergic to something and it's a shame that you can't get straight answers from them.

Want seasonal relief from pollen symptoms? "I'm sorry - we don't do that." But this is an…read moreallergist's office, right? What do they do? They attempt to line you up with a multi-year series of literally hundreds of office visits to cure your allergy, requiring that you re-invent your life to revolve around their practice. But I only have moderate allergy symptoms for a couple of months each spring - can't you just give me a shot each year to help my pollen tolerance? "Sorry, we don't do that." Of course they don't - you can imagine how much more profit they make from booking your office visits by the hundreds rather than seeing you once each spring. After two hours and a significant copay, I left with a prescription for nasal spray. And then they wanted to book me for a follow-up visit to assess my condition - a follow-up to what?! You didn't do anything! A follow-up visit with this place? "Sorry, I don't do that."
