Whatever, then I brought a set of wheels in to have tires swapped out. They scratched the powder coating down to the metal in three huge spots, they said they'd replace it. Called me back and said they'd have it repaired. I came to pick it up after a month to find out they had only painted the barrel and had left huge scuff on the edges of the rim. Finally got it back after another month (after having to call daily), turns out they spray painted the rim instead of re-coating it. Cost me another $400 and two months to get the wheels coated back to how it was before they touched them. On top of all of that, they gave the bike back with both chain tensioners completely unlocked, could've locked up my rear wheel and killed me. Always tell my buddies to steer clear. Lazy service kills riders. I go across town for service and Aiken for sales from now on.

They had such a quick turn around and were able to finish it in less than a week. I was happy with the cost as well because going in I was expecting to spend 4x more than I was actually charged. Upon picking it up today, I'm FLOORED at the attention to detail and the quality of work. It is beautiful! The color pops, and no amount of photos or videos do it justice. Installed a receiver hitch on a BMW X5 and did a custom fabrication job , converting an obsolete (but expensive) BMW bumper mounted bike rack into a beautifully crafted standard hitch mounted rack. They were professionally fussy about the details on the receiver hitch installation- didn't want the replacement bumper rivets to look 'shitty' and strongly suggested that I come back later in the afternoon so they could order and install color matched BMW replacements. Perfect! The bike rack revision was one of a kind Rube Goldberg project that I thought up, clearly not in their regular line of work, but they took up the challenge and knocked it out of the park with a considerable display of ingenuity, craftsmanship and professional pride. I couldn't be happier with the results. This is a shop full of professional car guys that I'd be very pleased to work with in any major service or automotive repair project.

I told him I will have to cancel my appointment at the dealership to bring it in, but I was assured. I canceled my other appointment, I showed up Monday only to be told that they couldn't do it and don't know when it could be done by. Even better I ended up with a screw in my tire from going over there, now I have to get my brakes/rotors done AND now my tires fixed... I left this shop with more work needed than I went in for... Don't tell me you can do something then make up excuses when I show up. YOU told me to be there, I showed up and YOU failed.
