Not only did Art agree to work on his bike when he had the time to, despite us not having an appointment, we got a call the only a few hours later that his bike was ready to be picked up. Elizabeth was the kindest, most engaging person to talk to. My husband and I both found so many similarities and mutual interests that we stood talking with her for at least 30 minutes. Her energy and stories were captivating and so warm that it felt like we had known her for years. I was ready to buy but at the last minute added a 3k plus "assembly charge" and another charge for a battery. Almost $4k more than the ad stated the cost would be. Then, there were sales pressure sales tactics and they wouldn't even let me take a copy of the invoice to consider what they claimed were standard charges. However, the charges were inflated and I went elsewhere and avoided paying the extravagant add on charges, avoided playing "let's make a deal," and avoided high pressure tactics. I acknowledged they have a nice showroom and good selection but shop around before you buy and recommend you call in to get all the fees and charges they don't mention in their ads as transparency is a concern.

My first interaction was with Salesman Mark Moore. Mark let me test drive a new RT Limited just to see if that was the type of bike I was interested in and it was, but even though there were no Sea to Sky's available Mark said he would be on the hunt and keep in touch with his search and new inventory coming in. Mark called one day to let me know they had just gotten in a 2025 Sea to Sky in the color I was looking for, it had only 67 miles on it with a good story behind why they had got it in. The short story is, I bought it. Mark did a great job of taking care of the buying process. Chad is one of the Managers that took control after the sale a very quite but intimidating looking gentleman but he is just the opposite of his persona. I found Chad to be very helpful and knowledgeable about his products and more than willing to answer all of my many questions with what I felt like was a very honest answer and opinion. Chad sat on my new bike for quite awhile making sure I was comfortable with all of the buttons, operation and navigation of the Spyder. Great buying experience thanks to Mark Moore and Chad. If Ben and his sister will decide to take any legal actions against me, I have witnesses, my telephone call to sheriffs department Columbia County GA was recorded and I gave name of this shop to sheriffs as well. Yesterday I had unpleasant conversation with owner's sister regarding process of picking or delivering bike, But it is ok. I was unsatisfied customer and I had reasons for it. Today on Apr 11 I came with my helper to pick up bike. My helper had his wife in his truck as well and he had nothing to do with whole situation. When I came, battery was dead, there was no gas in tank and I said I am not picking up bike this way. I want to see it is running.So after they told me they do not have gas in their shop and gave me canister. I went to the gas station across street to get gas. I requested them to put battery on charger. I told I will post it on facebook ( it is my right as customer after such treatment) . I requested to give me copies of receipts of payments for my records. Then Ben owner came to the shop and started cursing me out just using fuck off fuck out etc etc.. My helper at this time was moving bike to his trailer. Then Ben started walking towards my helper saying "He has something to tell me?" I told Ben not to touch my helper , he has nothing to do with it or I will call police. Ben said he will call police himself. I said ok , call and we will talk to sheriffs here now. So then he stopped but told me again to get fuck out off his property. And if I post something , he will delete it and one bike "big dog " will not hurt his business. May be Ben right, may be it will not hurt his business a lot. but the way he cursed me out several times in front of people.. after treating customer /a woman a terrible way... May be this will hurt his business in the long run and their reputation as business owners.. and it shows who he and his sister are as people and business owners. I am informing people about my experience with this shop and how they they run business. And it is people's decision to bring bikes to that shop or not. I stopped in to get a headlight replaced while visiting Aiken. I had been told by a few places in…read moreanother the city that the industry estimated repair time would be over 45 minutes due to having to move several items in the engine compartment. I was treated warmly when entering and told to bring my dog in while waiting. She even gave her treats and belly rubs. The technician took my keys to drive the truck to the shop for an estimate. He returned less than 10 minutes later and I joked that he must be finished. HE WAS!!!!! They did not try to gouge me with the industry standard and simply charged me for the bulb. I reminded them that I did not live in the area so no repeat business opportunities. They simply laughed and said that would be it. My Air Suspension system was, what I thought malfunctioning, and in need of a replacement. They ran a bunch of diagnostic tests, and determined there was nothing wrong with the air suspension at all. They could have charged me anything, yet chose to be HONEST! They only charged a reasonable diagnostic charge and sent me on my way. The paint and body work was so bad and poorly checked over that the truck had to be sent back twice. From paint on the chrome part of the door handles, crooked emblems, dent not being fixed on the initial repair or even in the second (finally fixed on third), fender flair bulging off of the fender, bad orange peel, polish left on the mirror, trash left in the bed of the truck, they took of the bed cover and instead of putting it back on they left it in the bed of the truck. This wasn't a rush job as they had the truck for a month. EVERYONE including the painter, the body repair guy, the person who quality checks it, and the service advisor Christopher should all be fired. I've had quite a few cars repaired (unfortunately) and this has hands down been the worse experience, and poorest quality work I have ever seen.

After reviewing the code in her 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe, the car needed a new engine, and it was a recall. Initially, the service team provided excellent service. We paid nearly 2,000.00 for suggested service surrounding an engine replacement. We live 3 hours from this location and when it was ready, we drove to pick it up. When we drove about 17 miles, the check engine light came on again, so we called and they told us to drive it back. After reviewing the code, we were told it was the catalytic converter and that had nothing to do with the recall. We were told it was safe to drive home and if there were any issues, we could take it to the local dealership, and the engine issue would be covered. When we got home, we took the vehicle to a local mechanic to check the converter. They called me in and told me to stop driving it immediately. The manifold cover was damaged, and oil was leaking all over the place. I called Taylor Hyundai, and after multiple attempts, by phone and text, from both my daughter and I, I finally got a call back. I was told to take it to my local Hyundai Dealership. So, I did, and I was told by service it was not their problem and only the dealership that did the work can look at it for free. So began my journey of trying to reach Taylor Hyundai. It's been almost 2 weeks. Between my daughter, my wife, and I, we have left several messages and cannot get ahold of anybody but service. Every number they transfer us to goes straight to voicemail. We have received no call backs after leaving several messages. No texts responding to a call back. This is the most terrible service I have ever received by any company. At this point, I will have to reach out to Hyundai USA.

They arranged the repair on my schedule as soon as the parts arrived. Dropped the truck off and it was back home in 2 days. One part was on backorder and it took a while to find. As soon as it arrived I got a call. The next day I took the 4Runner to the shop and it was finished as promise while I waited. "Parts Is Parts" and labor costs are set by the insurance so the difference between shops is Quality, Customer Service and the shop staff. Classic Collision wins on all 3 in my opinion.
