But, I have a problem with my copay that I paid upon my visit in August. The billing dept sucks and unprofessional. You cannot get anyone to speak to you directly. The most you can leave messages with the representatives. On 9/4 I was told by my insurance company I do not owe any co pays after receiving my bill. Since then to date i have been calling every week. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor or mgr. I was told there is no one to connect me to. Last Wednesday I called again and spoke to Ruth. She said, she will escalate the matter again to Brian. She said he will call me back. To date, Brian has not call me back. I called this morning n spoke with Fran she said she will leave another message. This is all these people are telling you. No one in management to speak with u or the billing dept. I need my money back. That's all I want. It belongs to me. If I do not get a call from Brian or anyone in billing I will escalate this matter to the business bureau. This is what these medical billing office do. Once your money taken, it is hell to get your refund. This is robbery. Scamming patients of the $$$. I will never pay any medical office ever a copay. I will request a bill. I hope other people see this review and do the same. STOP paying copay at any medical office. It is a scam going on amongst them. This is not the only medical billing dept I am going thr this with. They are all the same. It is so sad what it comes down to. No one you can trust even in the medical billing dept for your money back once it is taken.

Dr. Rockower is our normal pediatrician. He has been extremely helpful and understanding. And all of the doctors who have seen us during emergencies have been wonderful. So I went to Best Care today and was immediately treated with respect and courtesy. Got in w/ barely a wait and was treated and on my way. The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating, especially for someone who doesn't have insurance. As you know, sometimes we are looked down upon or certain Dr.'s don't work with you on payment methods. They made sure there was a way for me to get seen and taken care of - you can tell they really care about what they do. The Doctor even gave me a LIST of what to do and not to do to get better instead of just reciting some 'do this don't do that blah blah blah' routine and sending me on my way. I will definitely be making this my new primary place for Doctor's visits. Whether minor emergency or general physical, I HIGHLY recommend them!
