Good brunch spot with fresh fruit, delicious juices and a great matcha latte. I got their breakfast combo which included a coffee, juice, fruit salad, and entree. The eggs on the toast were just ok, tasted like they were powdered eggs. The fruit was very fresh though, and the ambiance inside was great. Service was quick and friendly. Would recommend!
Amazing Brunch spot in the Graças district in Lisboa. The food is amazing & the service is excellent, also you cannot beat the prices the brunch option is a great deal & will ensure you stay full all afternoon. My favorite was the vegan toast, such good flavor & seasoning & very filling, stacked with veggies it's the perfect brunch meal. The restaurant is indoors but feels like an outdoor space with so much light & open doors & windows. The staff is accommodating & attentive & very friendly, they are also very quick to take & bring out your order. I definitely recommend this place!
Extremely cute location in a very touristy part of Lisbon. I walked past this location a couple of times in my month in Lisbon and there was pretty much always a long line for this location. So if you really want to go, I'd recommend going early or sometime in the middle of the week instead of a weekend. The brunch deal is excellent: I had a delicious ham toast (though the ham is more prosciutto like), the tropical treat and some orange juice and tea. The toast was excellent: the tomato and garlic sauce was creamy, rich and perfectly compliments the ham, toast and eggs. It was delicious and filling. The accompaniments were also excellent. The vibe of the restaurant is extremely cute as well: it was a beautiful place to have a brunch in.
The best avocado toast!!! And the gin and tonic was BIG and yummy! They also have great coffee and smoothie options. It does get busy so there may be a wait depending on time of day but I highly recommend for brunch. The inside is super cute too and the staff were all very attentive and kind. Great experience overall.
Everything was DELICIOUS! Very cute atmosphere, too. We did the Portuguese degustation board (large) and at ALL of it, in addition to our meals. The pumpkin jam in particular was delightful, we'd have walked out with a couple jars of it if we could have! Bread was delicious, meats were delicious, general meal was delicious as well. The cinnamon infused water was delightful. Literally all of it, a great meal.

Even the peanut butter was made in-house. You'll also see pics of the vegan toast. Sooo many veggies! My sister loved it. My mom got the avocado toast. It was delicious. Overall, this meal was 10/10. Service was fantastic, food was even better!!
I don't know why, but the moment I stepped into this restaurant I felt like I was transported to California somewhere. Maybe it was the hot pink tiled floors, or the large table of American ladies brunching, but I was suddenly not in Portugal anymore. We were seated at a lovely little table facing the street, so we could people watch as we enjoyed our lunch. Their lunch menu is on the lighter side, with different bowls and toasts to choose from. I had the Big Hug, which is warm porridge with apple, pear, banana, honey and dark chocolate. As I was starting to feel under the weather, this was perfect for what I was looking for. There is obvious care for what they do, as all the dishes came picture perfect. Great place for a healthier lunch.

I waited about 30 minutes which I didn't think was bad at all. They have a brunch special for about 20 euros which includes choice of juice, choice of coffee drink, your main dish which was a choice of toast and dessert. I got the avocado toast and it was the best avocado toast I ever had. Everything was so fresh. I was getting full and wanted to make room for the banana bread which everyone also raves about and again, did not disappoint. It was so good. So nutty and warm, the peanut butter on the side was as good! I wish I had more room to finish everything but honestly this place is a must if you're in Lisbon.
We had a great experience here! There was a small line at 9:30 on a Tuesday, we probably waited about 20 minutes. They have a 19.5 euro brunch special with coffee, toast, and fruit. We opted for the coffee toffee latte and peanut butter lattes which were fantastic. They had so much flavor to them! I had the avocado toast and my boyfriend got the ham toast. I loved mine but would probably get the ham toast next time. It was covered in a delicious tomato-y sauce. They play American music, and give water without asking. If you are looking for a cute local restaurant with a fantastic breakfast and brunch menu, Augusto is an absolute gem. The shakshuka, part of the seasonal menu, was incredibly flavorful and bright. The tomato sauce was perfectly balanced, not overly acidic at all, and beautifully complemented by the green pea hummus, fresh salad, and red onion. It comes with exceptional homemade sourdough bread that is perfect for wiping up every last bit of sauce. My only tiny critique is that I wish the egg yolk had been a bit more runny rather than jammy, but it was still a delicious dish. For drinks, the Cremoso Iced Coffee is a total indulgent treat. Combining a double shot of espresso with vanilla, milk, and pastéis de nata ice cream, it is definitely on the sweeter side for coffee in Portugal. It feels more akin to a standard, sweetened iced coffee in America, but the blend of sugar, cream, and cinnamon made it the perfect vacation splurge. The interior decor is adorable, bringing lots of tropical, fresh, and welcoming vibes that are perfect for a cozy morning. Because the indoor seating is fairly limited, I can see it getting packed during peak hours. However, my party of three walked right in and got a table with no issues on a Monday morning around 9:00 AM. I would highly recommend Augusto if you're in the area and looking for a high quality, local brunch spot. read more

Located in a beautiful part of Lisboa that's around the corner from one of the better souvenir markets in the area & just a few minutes ride on the tram from their "city center". The inside of Augusto is very picturesque, but it is SMALL. If you're picky about seating placement, then be sure to arrive right when they open or after 12pm during the week. It's also pretty chilly as they have fans constantly going, so prepare for that. Food wise, everything was fresh & delicious. If you want to get a little bit of everything then their brunch option is the way to go. read more

It's a really cute quaint spot. The food smells good. A bit of a wait but it's worth it. A line is formed outside, a total of 20 people can be seated because the place is pretty small. They have all day long brunch for 19.5 Euros. I provided a picture. read more

Bustling brunch place in Alfama- friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. Definitely priced and decorated to cater to tourist, but you can't go wrong if you're craving something on toast and a nice latte. I actually returned multiple times because they make a wonderful golden milk latte (totally vegan if you ask for oat milk). It's a nice spot to unwind and journal, if you're into that while traveling. Even though there was a queue waiting for a table, I did not feel rushed at all to vacate my table even though I was just sitting there enjoying a book. Thanks to the staff for making me feel at home. The avocado toast is great, and I also enjoyed their toasted banana bread with peanut butter on top. This place was SO good and had immaculate vibes from the decor, service, taste, and presentation. I was visiting Lisbon, but if I lived here, I would come here every weekend for brunch :) It's also been a month and I still think about this place. I would highly recommend the ham toast - this is like an elevated avocado toast with Portuguese ham (similar to prosciutto but thicker and chewier), cottage cheese, and the most delicious homemade tomato and garlic sauce (I would buy this on it's own if I could). I also got the vitaminas strawberry orange mint juice, which was SO delicious and fresh. Honestly, the juices anywhere in Portugal were so fresh I was impressed. Aside from the food, the service was incredible and the interior was exactly how I imagine the perfect brunch spot to be with lots of plants and pastel colors in a cute alleyway. It does get crowded since it's so cute, so come early! You have to come here if you're in Lisbon. read more

This was the best place we've gone to for breakfast thus far on our trip to Portugal. The ambience and creative decor was cute and full of life. The service was excellent. The food was tasty and the star of this meal was definitely the bread! The aged, 48 hour fermented bread was the best part of the meal for both myself and my wife. The peanut butter latte I had was a wonderful creation as well. read more

Lisbon has many cute cafes and brunch spots that I want to check out and one of the closest one to us in Alfama was Augusto Lisboa. We went for breakfast on a Monday, a little after they just opened. It was the perfect timing as most seats were already taken and shortly after, a line already formed outside. My fiance and I both got the ham toast as it looked amazing! Sourdough with ham, poached egg, and burrata, with a garlicky tomato sauce. I loved this toast so much! The dressing could get a little overwhelming but not a dealbreaker. I also got the iced latte with an orange wedge which is one of their most popular drinks. I didn't realize the significance of the orange until my drink was halfway done and the flavor already melded with the coffee. It was subtle yet refreshing! read more

I was recommended this place by a friend of mine and it was worth the time to stop and eat here. There was a bit of a line outside but they quickly made more seating available inside. My friend and I both got the brunch and it was plenty of food. We took the banana bread and fruit to go because we couldn't eat it all. Very cute inside. I would recommend getting the coffee toffee! read more

My family and I enjoyed the food. We had the brunch and for 19 euro it was pretty good! I had the ham toast, tropical treat, and iced coffee. We also order the small charcuterie. My brother's family order the banana bread, ham toast, yogurt bowl and two other items that I forget. My favorite dish is the ham toast, the olives, the marmalade and cream cheese from the charcuterie platter. Also the orange juice with the lemon was good too. The place gets super busy but if you go early you can get a spot easily. read more

Cute little spot in Lisboa with a trendy aesthetic. This place seems to be very seeked out, there was a wait but it was worth it. Make sure to have your negative COVID results or your vaccine card on hand. I was seated on the platform by myself and felt like the queen at brunch lol. I ordered the muita fome option, with avocado toast, the mini soy yogurt bowl, a latte and hibiscus juice. It was all fresh, delicious and filling! The service was also pleasant. The sandwhiches were so flavorful too much in my opinion overwhelming. The peanut butter coffee was okay nothing special. The latte was good and the fruit bowl was too. Honestly it was okay overall. The service was okay they were super busy and seemed low staffed and place is cute. read more
This was my first meal when I arrived in Lisbon and it did not disappoint! We ordered the ham avocado toast, bacalhau avocado toast, and the banana bread to share. The waitress heard we wanted to share and asked if we want to split plates (no added cost)! I loveddd the bacalhau toast--it was so flavorful and tender. It's a nice brunch twist on a Portuguese classic. The service here is so friendly and genuine, and I'd highly recommend a visit here if you're in the Alfama neighborhood! read more

Hands down eat here. Out of all places I've ever had avocado toast, Augusto Lisboa comes out on top. The house made cream cheese, fluffy egg, and random (but tasty) carrot make this toast incredible. It's a two piece dish and super easy to share! If you're here, I'd recommend getting the brunch special (coffee, juice, toast, bowl or banana bread). It's a lot of food and easily shareable. They are famous for their banana bread and after one bite it's clear why; order it. Additionally, if you are a peanut butter fanatic, Augusto Lisboa is your place to be. They house make all of their peanut butter and it's in most dishes. They even have a peanut butter latte which is filled with peanut butter and absolutely delicious!! read more

This was maybe my favorite place to eat on my entire Portugal trip and that is saying a lot! I enjoyed it so much that we came here two days in a row. Both times I got the avocado toast, which was piled with egg, avocado, and some sort of cream cheese. It was a very generous portion for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend! read more

No exaggeration, this was the best brunch I've ever had in my life! My husband agrees! We were absolutely blown away by the freshness, the flavors, the service, just everything. We each got the full brunch menu for $17.50 which came with coffee of your choice, fresh squeezed juice, and entree and yogurt or fruit. From start to finish it was perfection. I was giddy eating the avocado toast with pickle carrots and scrambled eggs. My husband had the ham toast and couldn't even talk to me while he ate it LOL. But truly, I cannot say enough good things, if there's a wait...WAIT. It is worth it. Apparently this was voted third best brunch in the world, we had no idea! But it should be number 1.
