I understand having safety precautions for your business, but charging a client of 3 years the full amount the one time they are sick? Amanda cancelled appointments on me all time saying she was sick or had an emergency and I moved my schedule around to still go in when she was available. Super saddened by the service I have had here, after three years I still had to ask for a fan for my sensitive eyes after every appointment. Also for anyone reading, my new lash artist has already told me the previous lash application had too much glue which was causing the damage to my lashes that Amanda told me was normal- no care whatsoever. Definitely do not go here to Amanda, I got my wake up call when my lashes started falling out. Your lash artist should dry your lashes properly for sensitive eyes like my previous and current one do, and there should not be clumps of glue. Do not make the same mistakes I did
