I come to Bmore every few wks to get my nails done and my nail tech and I were conversing and Aunt Kelly's came up. She told me to stop there when I get a chance because the cookies are the best in Bmore. I've always been a cookie fan lol so I knew I needed to go. And I'm glad I did!! It's such a cute and quaint cookie shop located in the Inner Harbor with plenty of street parking. I was able to get a spot right in front of the store. I ordered a 1/2 dozen mixture of the butter crunch and chocolate chip walnut. I wanted the oatmeal raisin too but unfortunately the gentleman told me they sold out earlier that day. It was a great purchase, and the different flavor varieties made it easy to want to buy the entire display case. My transaction was quick and service was pleasant. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find parking on the busy street, but I was able to pull right out front, which was a major plus. The chocolate chip and the brownie cookies were my favorite.The snickerdoodle was a bit crunchy and I prefer it soft, but it was still very good. For customers, a deal for larger orders would nice. If you like thinner cookies with a chewy center, crispy edges and lots of buttery flavor, then you'll LOVE the Butter Crunch cookies. They definitely give what's supposed to be given and I'm both happy and sad I learned about them. Happy because they're delicious but sad because my waistline isn't happy. Went there today and their customer service is AWFUL! The young guy they have working there should not be. He has a bad attitude, and I don't care how good the cookies are. Treating your customers badly will make you lose business. Maybe people in this community accept bad treatment, I don't know. He just did not have a pleasant spirit and made you feel like he was doing YOU a favor. Really??? Two young kids came in after me and he had spoken rudely to them without them saying a word. He chastised them by saying 1 customer at a time, but it was his tone that put me off. His tone with me was just bad. He just had this matter-of-fact attitude and was not accommodating to me.
