When my children and I ordered they had one pretzel ready to go. We waited 20 minutes for the rest of our order. The 15 people who ordered while we were waiting milled around waiting for theirs to be ready. When we did get our food, it was the usual Auntie Anne's quality and flavor but I have never seen such slow service. I have never seen the staff make pretzels so slowly. This location needs to step up their game or the customers will evaporate.
