Staff - No conversation, no smiles, they did ask how our food was and we simply responded with one word "good" but overall the experience felt a bit unwelcoming. Would we return - Nope.

The line took about 5 minutes of waiting. But when I approached the front and gave my name, I was told it would be 10 minutes for my order. There were no regular pretzels made at all. They continuously were turning out pretzel nuggets though. So if you don't want to wait, stick with the nugs! I did feel a total of 15 minutes for a mall pretzel was a bit much, but nonetheless, it was just as good as always. I ate it in peace and quiet in my car and it was pure bliss.
