I was here for a volunteer thank you party. Brazen Brewing put out a lovely buffet of pepperoni pizzas( thick dough and lots of pepperoni on each slice). They also put out make it yourself chicken taco ingredients. There were warm wraps to fill with chopped seasoned chicken pieces, shredded cheddar, sliced black olives, chopped tomatoes, purple onions, cilantro, and hot peppers. There were three "sauces" too: melted cheese, salsa and refried beans. Another serving dish had large, warmed nacho chips. It was a lovely evening with some very tasty food. read more

Went here for Thursday Burger special. Got the popper burger which was a deconstructed jalepeno popper. It was one of the best burgers I had anywhere in a long time. The combo of the cream cheese, bacon, juicy burger and heat from the jalepeno really came together. Fries are like the battered style. Not my go to fry but you get a good amount and they were tasty. Got the brussel sprouts special which was put together like a Caesar salad. It was huge! And the sprouts were awesome. Atmosphere is always good here and service was excellent as usual. This review is for their special events. The team was great to work with, everyone was so helpful and hard working. I would recommend going in person for any important questions or talk anything through because they did not respond to emails very well. We rented out the mezzanine for our wedding rehearsal dinner and decided to go with the build your own package. Fry flight 10/10 Loved the different flavors or fries and the dips to go with each one. Pretzel bites 8/10 Definitely not as good as their usually pretzel sticks but it's ok. Shrimp cocktail 10/10 Fresh, good. House salad 10/10 Fresh. They gave us both ranch and Italian dressings. Mac & cheese 7/10 Not my favorite. I don't typically like Mac and cheese made in restaurants anyways though. Pulled pork sandwich 9/10 Good. Wasn't as much of a hit as I thought it would be. They do give you a ton of pork. Taco & Nacho bar - chicken 10/10 Chicken was amazing. And all the toppings were perfect to build exactly what you wanted. Some of the best tacos ever. I've heard great things about Brazen so I was excited to try them out. The restaurant is pretty large with indoor seating as well as a nice patio with a fire. There were a lot of different beers, sours, IPAs on tap. I wish they had more cider options. I ordered the Goat'chella pizza which had goat cheese, candied pecans, caramelized onion jam, and topped with honey cinnamon arugula and it really hit the spot! The service was spectacular. I was deciding between two of the beers that I hadn't tried before and was able to get a little sample of both to make my choice easier! Love this! Flights are also available if there are more than two you want to try. The menu includes some go-to standbys and some creative options that appeal to my foodie side. I got one of the current specials - a grilled cheese sandwich with brie, apricot jam, pumpkin spiced bacon, and arugula. It was sweet and gooey and tasty. Fries were a bit overly salted to me and had a weird flavor that I couldn't place. My beer choice was the Señor Hefe (a Hefeweizen, probably easy to guess), nice and light for the summer. The parking lot is not large so if you're going on a busy night, go early. Indoor seating is at comfortable spacious tables or at the bar - sit at the bar if you're here to watch a game, as the tvs can be a bit hard to see from further back. One of the tvs had closed captions on (hooray!). There is plenty of outdoor seating available too, to take advantage of the times we have perfect weather. This is a family friendly place too, I saw a lot of families come in with young kids. Noise level felt like... medium-high. Loud-ish but still very comfortable to hang out and read a book while enjoying my beer and food. The large list of beers on tap is up on the wall and easy to read even from across the room - thank you for this! Pricing is on par with similar breweries. So unbelievably disappointed! The beers at Brazen are good, but the service is awful (the bartender was nice)! We can't sit anywhere outside, despite a small section with open tables, due to a party. Fine, we'll adapt. Inside, there are ~20 tables, with all ~80 seats, totally open. Not a single customer in the section. The manager felt the need (no, we weren't rude to the server) to tell us we had to sit at the bar. Rude and unnecessary. We won't ever be back. read more

This is a tricky one to rate. Atmosphere: 10/10. I love it here it's modern and clean and spacious both inside and outside. Just a great place to relax. Food is average brewery food, which I guess is to be expected. Nothing that stood out. But the cocktails, beer, and cider were all very good. This is both a great family outing and date night spot. The bar is huge and the outdoor patio with fireplaces is very nice. Will definitely be back, just don't expect a top level menu. Servers and staff were also great. We really enjoy coming here. From a nice break of cooking midweek to a relaxing Sunday brunch, we really feel comfortable here and especially like sitting on the covered patio that has heat bars for when it's chilly out. The lot can be packed, but they have a lot of seating options, so most times we haven't waited long for a seat, if at all. We love their variety of beers available and their wait staff is super friendly. Matt has been our server many times and is just wonderful! Their food is delicious and we usually walk away with leftovers for lunch the next day. Worst service in a very long time - walked out without being acknowledged at our table at all

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and were impressed with the size and structure of the building, with its high ceiling, wood beams, and small white lights. We went to the bar to check out the many offerings and were happy to see that beer, cider, and seltzers were available. We ordered a Tailgate Water Lager, which had a nutty flavor, and an Apricot Kumquat Cider. We sat down, and while we looked over the menu, our server, Robert, stopped by to answer our questions. We decided to order the Margherita pizza with a gluten free crust, and an order of cajun fries. The pizza was fair, and the fries were good, albeit salty. I am blown away at the horrible experience I had here tonight. So bad I had to come out of yelp review retirement - don't worry I'll make up for it by reviewing some of my favorite places. We came here with a party of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) at around 6pm tonight. We were told an hour wait which we agreed to. We decided to dine outside on the covered patio and were told they'd be able to accommodate us if the rain got too bad, because again, we waited an hour. We bought beers during the wait - delicious beers. Then we were sat and things were fine. Our waitress was lovely. The rain steadily picked up and the wind made it impossible to sit outside. We went inside and told the waitress but were told they did not have a table for us anymore inside and that it would be a 45 to an hour wait. It is now 7:20ish. There were multiple tables that were open inside that we were told we reserved. They would not accommodate us. We had to cancel our kitchen order of 7 because they quite literally could not bring us inside to sit at a table. We enjoy coming to Brazen and have been many times but I'm a little concerned because the service has been off a bit lately. We had a few errors in our orders, like one beer in the flight being wrong, and minor things like that. The food is good but could use a few tweaks to take it the next level. The chomp wrap is ground beef in a tortilla. It needs some salsa and maybe some sour cream or something else to give it a step up. I often get a burger here but the burgers are overcooked by design and they don't offer options for how you would like it. Went to Brazen on Saturday June 27th. When the reservation was made it was called in as 12 people (Human error) should have been 13 people. Wanted a 5:00 time slot but stated it could only be 4:00. It was almost 4:35 before they would allow us to be seated at the table. During this time we had requested another table to be added or even if we could sit at an additional table next to us. They said no " you made a reservation for 12" and the rest are already reserved. Well half the other tables in the restaurant were empty at the time and by the way were still empty when we left 2 and a half hours later. The lady and I use this term losely that was in charge of the reservation / sign in desk was nothing short of obnoxious and extremely rude, she finally called what I assume was the shift manager who finally provided a small side table. Once we got through this very unnecessary drama, we were very warmly greeted by our waitress Chloe. She was attentive and funny. The food was okay (bar food) our group of friends get together for dinner once a month and have never experienced being treated so badly by management in a restaurant ever before. Our bill was a little over $400.00 and we tipped Chloe $80.00 ( she was wonderful). But we will never return as a group or even individually. read more

If you have gluten issues, please be extremely careful eating here. While this brewery offers gluten-free beverages, their food handling and staff knowledge regarding allergens are dangerously inconsistent. I specifically asked the bartender if the pork tacos were served on corn tortillas, and after pausing to think, he confirmed they were. Unfortunately, after taking a few bites, I realized I had actually been served flour tortillas. When I flagged down a different server, she informed me that those specific tacos "never" come on corn, revealing a serious lack of communication and training among the staff. The consequences of this mistake were significant. I suffered a severe reaction that resulted in two days of missed work. While the server provided extra chips so I could eat the taco fillings as nachos, the meal was still kept on our bill, and only the extra chips were complimentary. Most disappointing, however, has been the management's lack of accountability. I emailed them a week ago to share my experience and suggest better allergy training to prevent this from happening to someone else, but I have received no response. Because of the unreliable information and the total silence from management regarding a health incident, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone with food sensitivities. read more

We had guests in from out of town & decided to have lunch & brews at Brazen. We got there when they were just opening their doors & were surprised to see how many others were there at that time. To me, it was a good sign. We started with drinks. Two Charlatan IPA's (do good!), a Midnight Society Stout, and an NA beer, not sure what it was called. We all enjoyed the beers. Our entrees included burgers, shrimp, and stuffed banana pepper mac & cheese (mine). The mac & cheese was creamy with the perfect kick from the pepper. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. All of our beers and food were good, but the thing that was the topping on the cake was the service. Our server was knowledgeable about the beers, gave great suggestions on the food, and was super friendly. He was always there when we needed without being pushy. I wish I could remember his name! We have been to Brazen on numerous occasions. The food I ordered was inedible this time and I had to send it back. The chicken fingers were very dry and hard and the fries were cold! I was shocked because we had never had a bad experience here. It was very busy. The service was good-our server put in another order for me. It was noisy. They will not do separate checks, which I find odd. My food arrived when everyone else was finished eating. I hope this is a one time bad experience. read more

I went to enjoy a nice outdoor experience and checked out this brewery and really enjoyed my burger and my brew. For my meal, I had the Brazen burger, which was delicious and was essentially the cheeseburger on the menu but with caramelized onions and house sauce added. Came with fries, of course, and those were yummy as well. I was going to get one of the cocktails, but since this was a brewery, I opted for a brew instead. I got the Super Basic Peach, which had the taste of those peach ring candies in a sour ale beer form. I got some to-go because this will likely be my summer drink this year, lol. The craft beer was good. The fish tacos were a notch above fish sticks. They give you a lot of chips which were bland and a teeny tiny container of salsa on the side. When I asked for more salsa the waitress said I would be charged for the extra salsa. $1.50 for another teeny tiny container. She said it was homemade and that's why it was so pricey. Come on Moe's salsa is homemade and you can help yourself to endless amounts. I won't be going back. My husband's chicken sandwich was just okay and his fries were delivered cold. Learned about this place from a friend and I will definitely pay it forward by sharing with as many people as I can because the place is really cool. With all of their own beers on tap there is so much to choose from and being the beer geek that I am I wanted to try as many as I could so I went with a flight. I tried 2 IPA's and 2 stouts and all of them were really good. My one critique on the flight is that you only get 4 when many other places give you 5 and some 6. Giving more makes it a better deal so to speak (4x5oz each=20oz for $12 when a pint is $7 or $8). As for the food, we started with deep fried cauliflower that came with a spicy dipping sauce (and it was spicy!). I had to try a burger which did not disappoint! I had the rodeo burger which consisted of two patties. I was worried that it would be too filling but they were on the thinner side which was just right. Fries come with it and they were mediocre, nothing special. My wife had the fried chicken sandwich which had a very generous piece of chicken. Buns were fresh and tasty. The place had a very fresh open look with high ceilings and garage type doors that opened to an outdoor patio, definitely a great place to sit in the summer and fall. Hostess was very friendly and the server was awesome, very helpful and made sure to check on us a few times during our visit. And it was nice out so we ate outside. Our experience wasn't worthwhile, unfortunately. We ordered food pretty quickly. And our beverages came out immediately. And then we sat 35 minutes without being checked on at all. Finally, our waitress came over and offered refills and apologized for our wait. It took 55 minutes total to get our order (I got fish tacos, which is served with tortilla chips and he got chicken tenders and fries). It was really a long wait and we weren't informed why. My friends food was average fried food. I wasn't impressed with the fish tacos. And the toppings were overwhelming versus complimentary. The "salsa" that came with the tortilla chips just seemed like a scoop out of a can of crushed tomatoes. There were no coasters so the condensation on our beverages created puddles of water on the table which dripped down to my leg and I had to watch where I put my forearms. I think it's a nice place to have some drinks outside ... there's cornhole and a giant connect 4 and plenty of heat for if it gets chilly. People also brought their dogs. The menu was nice but the food just didn't deliver and no one wants to wait almost an hour for food. I had heard good things about Brazen Brewing but could not find a day to go so a Yelp event finally prompted me to make it out and them for myself. I am glad to say that I had a great experience and definitely want to come back! I pulled into their parking lot on a Thursday around 5:15pm and somehow got a parking spot right next to the front entrance. The parking lot itself is pretty large, but with its location being a little "off the beaten path", I certainly can see it filling up quickly during peak times. Upon walking in, I was impressed with the large dining area with plenty of tables/chairs and the long bar with plenty of stools to sit on. They also have a large side patio and back patio with plenty of tables, chairs, and great views - the outdoor patios were dog friendly. The hostess said I could sit and eat at the bar, so I went right over and the bartender, an incredibly friendly, bubbly woman, came right over with food and drink menus. She was incredibly fun and accommodating, letting me sample a couple of beers before I settled on one for dinner, and I appreciated the suggestions when I narrowed down what I was looking at for food. Another comment about the staff was how friendly everyone was, they all were genuinely happy to be there and got along very well. After I placed my food order, I received a number and soaked in the aesthetic, while sipping on the "Under Shaker" Cherry and Vanilla Milkshake IPA, a special collab with Buffalo Beer Geeks. At 6.1 % ABV, it has the alcohol content without the expected IPA-notes. It was creamy and full of flavor, but I was told it was a bit, divisive, among customers... I suppose I am in the minority that liked it! haha About 15-20 minutes later, my dinner arrived. I ordered their Angry Burger - two double chuck-blend beef patties, cooked medium/medium-well, topped with crispy onions, jalapeno, pepper jack cheese, sriracha aioli, lettuce, and tomato and served on a toasted brioche bun, with a side of sweet potato fries (a $2 upcharge) that comes with a sweet cinnamon cream dip. The burger was excellent! Burgers were cooked perfectly, and they did not skimp on toppings speaking in both quantity and quality! The sriracha aioli was creamy and delicious, a standout for me with this burger. I thought this burger had the right level of heat/spice as it does not burn the lips, but you will know the spice is there. Their sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly as well and that sweet cinnamon cream dip was phenomenal, inject that into my veins! haha The size of the burger and amount of sweet potato fries was excellent and left me nice and full! Honestly, this was one of the best burgers I have had in a bit, and those sweet potato fries could not have been served any better, so shoutout to the kitchen staff at Brazen, nice job and keep up the good work! I am so glad I finally made it to Brazen Brewing! Friendly, fun staff, a good-size beer list with a nice variety of beer-types, great food, and plenty of space to hang out. My husband and I went for a dinner date yesterday for Valentines Day. The food we chose was amazing. We started with Mexican street corn nachos and we added pork. My husband got a flight of beers to try and I got a hard cider. I ordered the valentines special which was one small plate, a main course and a dessert. My small plate was heirloom carrots with feta and they were so good. For my main course I chose the 8oz steak which came with potatoes and Brussel sprouts with bacon. The steak was cooked so well I could cut it with a butter knife. For dessert I got the Marscapone strawberry torte my husband and I split and it was just enough. Went to Brazen for the first time but it WON'T be the last! Honestly I was skeptical because of other reviews and when we first arrived it was a bit hectic as an event was going on, parking was a challenge but I'm glad we stayed. Yes it is loud, it's a bar and like all the other breweries we've been in the ceilings are high and acoustics aren't great. But they have a wonderful outdoor area that I can't wait to enjoy! Our server Brittany was hands down the best. She was attentive, fun, helpful, and overall her service was stellar. When we go back I will ask for her. We ordered the chip and dip trio as a starter, good guacamole, yummy queso, but the salsa-must of been homemade soo good. Chips were homemade not store bought, bonus. A party of 4 shared 2 pizzas and it was just enough. We had the classic Margarita and Buffalo Chicken, what a pleasant surprise that was -WOW. Highly recommend trying it. I don't drink beer but my husband and the other guy with us do, he said the stout (dark beer) was outstanding (he's a Guinness guy so must be good for him to say that!) Went to Brazen last night for dinner. I got the spicy cheese curds, only one of them was spicy which was disappointing, but the flavor was great and the dipping sauces were awesome. I just don't think I got the ghost pepper habanero curds. The Dad Bod IpA was great, so was the Undershaker IPA I forgot to take a picture of. I had their wings which were nice and crispy and the Brazen Gold sauce was excellent. My fiance got the mac and cheese which she loves! The service was awesome despite it being busy. First off, the beer selection & quality was good. Also, many of us tried and liked the ciders as well.
