Mini dogs stacked high! Toasty and fresh!

I'll tell you right now. I've been to this location more than a dozen times and Joe is one of the best. He goes above and beyond and just provides phenomenal customer service. He smiles and always always treats you nicely and with respect. When Joe is working you actually have options to order what you want off the menu! The previous times I've been here when an older Caucasian lady used to work the register - never once did she have anything prepared. She'd always say that they were no longer making mini dogs for the rest of the day at like noon or say that they only had plain and pepperoni pretzel available for the rest of the day and those were my only choices. I simply just could not understand how they could run a business this way. Her customer service was so poor that Whenever I saw her working I just would not swing by the business to avoid her at all costs. Along came Joe and everything changed. There's always fresh baked pretzels and mini dogs and he'll let you know how long something will take to get ready if it's not available on the counter. Everything is always hot and toasty. I truly appreciate his customer service so much so that whenever I'm at the mall and he's working I always grab myself a pretzel or some other snacks. I'm giving this place a five star review because I can see that they've turned things around. Good customer service is what brings customers back. Thanks Joe for your hard work! You've truly turned this business around.

This place is amazing. The whole pretzels are soft and warm, even after being transported. The mini bites are so good too, and they have a lot of different flavors. I love the cinnamon sugar ones because it is sweet and salty at the same time. It's convenient and the workers are nice to you. The last time I went, they had to catch up on the orders because they had ran out of pretzels. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to be ready. They ran out of PRETZELS. The one thing they sell. Besides that, everything is good.

Good people, excellent service and pretzels. Grab some on the way to the theatre. Never miss a chance for cinnamon pretzels. Try them.

Their pretzel are too hard for my liking. I prefer Pretzelmaker's pretzels by a long shot.

The delicious, enticing smell of Auntie Anne's Pretzels and Cinnabon fills the air! I love that this location is not inside a mall. I ordered a three original cinnamon rolls and I was told that a four pack cost the same as three, and the four pack was freshly made. SOLD! I also ordered a medium lemonade. The lemonade tastes, freshly squeezed with yummy bits, but not too much. It's got the perfect amount of sweetness and tart. I'm pretty excited about this new location. There's Jamba Juice as well, all rolled up in one. Very convenient, very friendly, and extremely clean. Can't wait to come back with hubby and kids.

On my…read morefirst visit, I ordered an original Auntie Anne's pretzel and a super antioxidant smoothie. Now, I have loved Auntie Anne's pretzels for years, and have never had a bad pretzel there. However, this one sadly fell short. I was disappointed when my pretzel was no more than 3/4 of the size that they serve at the mall, which I didn't realize until I unbagged it in my car. Then, after a couple of good bites, I discovered that most of the pretzel was burned on the bottom. I noticed the unexpected charred flavor first, and then discovered the blackened dough. Ugh! But I was driving at this point and didn't have time to go back to the store. At almost $6 for a pretzel, I don't know if I'll try another one here. My Jamba Juice smoothie was delicious - no complaints there! The place was fully staffed and the employees were friendly. My total check was almost $15 for one pretzel and a medium smoothie. On a positive note, I had a $10 Jamba Juice gift card, and because these three shops are combined and checkout is at one register, I was able to apply it to both my smoothie and my pretzel.

We had forgotten to ask about sizes, and we weren't asked which one we would like so it slipped our minds. When the price came out to $40 we realized it, and asked for the pretzel nuggets to be small. The employee at the register said it was fine and grumbled while another employee walked over and said very rudely that we would have to be refunded and charged a whole new order. We said that was fine. While we were being refunded my mom whispered to me in Spanish that $40 for the order was crazy, which frankly I agreed with. The employee says "It's standard, unless you specify it's small because we really don't have small." We pointed out that it says small on the menu and she said "Well you have to specify that, we can't read minds." My mother told her that was true but they could ask if we would've liked regular or small. The employee then said "Then you speak Spanish as if we can't understand you." First of all, we said absolutely nothing rude in regard to the employees in Spanish. Simply that the prices had gone up and it was ridiculous which if I was working at Auntie Anne's I could admit and agree with. The employee rolled her eyes at us and walked away before we were served the rest of our order. I regret not asking for her name because frankly she should be fired. As someone who works in customer service this is unacceptable. I could never treat a paying customer this way and expect to have a job the next day. I work at register often and I know how easy it is to refund orders and ask customers to specify their needs, this attitude was completely unnecessary. With the way the prices have gone up and the absolutely terrible customer service I doubt they'll be able to stay open. I would never recommend this location and I plan to call management.

I also tend to be on concourse E, where United Airlines and Air Canada gates are. I'd say that I've dropped by ORD intermittently for the past two decades. A ritual that hasn't changed over the years is for me to grab a snack at Auntie Anne's. This store has always been on concourse E, which is comforting to me. This Auntie Anne's is the only one that I know that offers full pretzel hot dogs. I'm so used to not seeing them that they are unicorns when I do. It was roughly 8 am and I had two hours to kill before my flight. I needed breakfast, as I had been up since 2 am. Mini pretzel dogs for breakfast? Yes, please! There were perhaps two folks in front of me in the lineup. It allowed me to salivate over the offerings. This store has always been fully stocked with yummy pretzel products. I had a nice woman helping me with my order. I got mini pretzel dogs and a bottle of Diet Coke. I paid with a credit card. Done! She put my mini pretzel dogs in a bag. She handed me a cold bottle of Diet Coke. I thanked her, wished her a great day, and headed to a place to sit down and eat. The mini pretzel dogs hit the spot. The hot dogs were plump. The pretzel dough around each one was yummy. I was a happy camper. My Diet Coke washed everything down. It was also perfect for me to stay hydrated on my last flight segment home. It was great revisiting this Auntie Anne's. Although ORD isn't my favourite airport when I'm trying to catch a flight and the airline flight segments are different (the walk is typically excruciatingly long), coming here for my hot dog pretzel fix makes the experience at this airport much better.
