The restaurant is fairly well stocked and orderly, making this a good spot for carryout and a quick meal. Parking isn't too difficult, though it can be somewhat difficult to see the restaurant with the lighting at this intersection. Don't judge! I'm not sure if this is a good or bad thing, but I've had this obsession with Potbelly's chicken Uptown salad since the pandemic started. We order so often on their app, that we constantly score points for a free salad and find ourselves stopping by at least 5 times a month. The guys working there know us so well, that when we pull up, they actually recognize our car and sometimes bring our food out to the car - haha. I was a little skeptical because of the not so good reviews. But I took a chance and I'm glad I did! I'm staying at a hotel, and this place is within walking distance. I ordered a regular sized roast beef with cheddar on white. (Side note- the menu says roast beef comes with provolone, but they let you get any cheese at no additional cost). The sandwiches are toasted with the meat and cheese on it. Then they put whatever toppings you want on it. I got it all the way, including the hot peppers. YUM. I was very happy with my sandwich. The ordering was smooth and price was very fair, in my opinion. It was less than $9 with tax. I got a cup of water. I prefer not to waste my calories on my liquids. I went somewhere else yesterday, very close to potbelly's, and I wish I would have gone to potbelly's. also, this place was packed. Mostly to go orders, but it stayed busy the whole time. I work in the area and this is my "go to" lunch place! The only downside is the parking lot. This location is in a plaza mall that they share with a Starbucks. The parking lot in front of the Potbelly's is always packed but they do have additional parking in the back. I LOVE their Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies they are delicious and addicting! A disappointing experience with this location today. I placed a web order to be delivered at 1:30 pm. The order was placed at 12:30 pm. At 1:50 pm 8 called the store after numerous times and finally got someone to pick up to ask where my order was at. The person who answered apologized and since they were understaffed they had no one to deliver. But had I not called the store, no one bothered to call me to let me know. Honestly, this is not my first bad experience with this location. I find that this location is understaffed repeatedly on visits there. Even when my online orders have been placed in the not to recent past, they're unorganized. Though not their fault, parking is a disaster in this small lot. I have repeatedly have had no place to park withy my daughter in the car because the one handicapped spot is taken by someone who's picking up an order and just decided to park there. I have to say I love Potbelly's but I will go to any other store I am done with this one. They charge you a premium price to get avocado and or artichoke hearts and you don't get a decent amount of either for my entire biggie sandwich I had two small artichoke hearts and barely any avocado. Then I ordered two large bowls and one cup of the pot pie soup let me just say this is absolutely phenomenal but part of the pot pie soup is the crumbs that they put on top not one of our bowls had crumbs on top. There are many different times that I've had issues with an order from here and most of the time it was always the same thing I've given them ample opportunity to correct the situation they are the one that set the bar for what we should expect so I expect them to meet that bar each time. I have to say the service has improved tenfold but I'm just sad that they cheapskate it out on the toppings yet still charge massive prices for them. I will also say that they definitely upgraded their Jardinière peppers from the tiny little cups they used to give to a decent size cup. If you love Potbelly's like I do I suggest it's worth a little bit more of a drive to go to any other location except for this one. $45 for one biggie sandwich two bowls of soup and one cup of soup with two drinks definitely not worth it from this restaurant. read more

Prior to yesterday, everything had been great. Yesterday we ordered two Mediterranean salads. I don't know what happened to their salad fixings but it was awful. There were 2 small cubes of chicken in my salad. My husband had 5 cubes. One artichoke in each. And the balance, lettuce, chickpeas, feta and roasted red pepper, looked like they'd been put through a shredder for coleslaw. And everything was tasteless. 10 minutes ago: I order a large chili for me and a sandwich for my daughter. We walk to the register. Pay. Watch clearly as the employee attempts to make a small amount of remaining chili fill the large cup. It doesn't. She adds toppings and brings it to the counter. 1/2 full. Perhaps because I watched the entire thing clearly from the counter I was more aggravated but definitely was not shy. Asked for manager and a refund. She takes the chili in back, returns with a full container of fresh chili and prepares a new one. Again in front of me from the fresh full container. The manager would not make eye contact with me. The employee did not apologize. The little things do matter. And they add up. Not just for Potbelly but for these employees as well. I always enjoy their sandwiches, and have never experienced any delay or incorrect order. HOWEVER, their new drink machine dispenses drinks with an odd taste. I get a mixture of the lemonade and ice tea, and it tastes weird...not sure if it's a cleaning product or something, but it's nasty. I've thrown out my drink the last 2 times. I didn't feel like talking to anyone about it, since they were all busy. My biggest complaint/disappointment was the ladies restroom!
