The cashier, who identified herself as a manager, had to be asked three separate times for the water. When I received my order, the sour cream I ordered was missing. When I pointed this out, the manager began yelling to another employee who then informed me that he outranked her. He told me I needed to pay for the sour cream. I explained that I believed I had already paid for it because it was part of my order. His response was to tell me that I was "essentially extorting him for sour cream." At that point, I was stunned by the accusation and decided I no longer wanted the food. I handed the order back and requested a refund. While processing the refund, he continued making snide comments. As I drove away, he shouted, "I hope you get into a car accident and die." I've had incorrect orders before. I've had disagreements with employees before. What I have never experienced is a manager accusing me of extortion over a side of sour cream and then wishing death on me because I requested a refund. This was, without question, the most unprofessional restaurant experience I have ever had. If this is how management treats customers, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
