The plan was to share the entrees halfway through. When it came time to share we each were reluctant. We figured the other dish couldn't be nearly as good as what we had. We were wrong both were excellent. We are traveling so we don't know if we will ever be back. If you live in Sioux Falls you need to try Granite City Brewery.

A side of ranch or Bleu cheese would have helped. We would have asked our server for some but she was no where to be seen. In fact, we were pretty much done with our meal before she came back to check on us. By then it was too late. Had they been busy, this could have been better understood but there were only 4 other tables seated and other servers were working It's safe to say this will be our last time eating there.

Danny took great care of us, we sat at the bar which I recommended at any brewery, it's a great way to taste before committing. She was super friendly. The beers we had were very good. The lager with lime had a lot of lime in it. The pickle beer was very unique. They are located in what appears to be an office building downtown, but still looked like a brewery, and they do make the beer there. They are very limited in food, snack mix, snack pretzels and 5 pizzas made to order in a small pizza oven behind the counter. We tried the cheese which was pretty good.

They said they had an anniversary party coming up which is why there weren't many on draft, but that really doesn't help me when I'm only there for the weekend. It's a smaller space so I imagine it fills up quickly when it's busy. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too bad. Service was friendly.

The staff are great and they have some good selections available - be warned that the sign up front isn't always accurate, so, check the bar board.
