They would not refund it as they do not sell it there. It's going in the trash, what does it matter? So, I then drive to this location, the one I purchased it from. Had to go to 2 places to return an expired item. I was not irate, I was not being a Karen. I was calm. I explained what happened and that I am double mad now. I wanted a refund and maybe a coupon or something for all the gas I used to return it. Did not accommodate. They would rather lose a lifetime customer than maybe $5.00??? Really??? As you wish!!! I will not be coming back!!! They are a corporation yet that specific store can only do the return. What if I was even further away??? Either way I guess I am out a few gallons of gas (currently $3.50) for a product I don't even have. Do better.

When I turned to go finish shopping, both smoothies dropped on the floor from the carrier and exploded everywhere. It got on an employee, an older couple ordering food, my BRAND NEW shoes, my sweatshirt, pants & white socks and stained them all. Not once did any of the 5 employees offer to help or apologize, except one. He says "What kind of smoothies were they" I proceeded to say that I will pass, as I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for someone to make them for them to spill again. There is plenty of parking and fuel service if needed. The employees have always been polite and willing to help you find something. Sometime there is a "butler" who walks around helping anyone who needs help. I have personally tried every service they offer from their customized cakes to their post office. I have always been pleased with the service I've received. They do offer carry out service in case of bad weather or if you need help. There is a redbox in front which is handy as well.
