This was the first time I've ever seen an anti-Anne's combined with a Jamba Juice. It was inside the outlet mall so service was standard. I got a really good protein peanut butter smoothie from Jamba Juice that filled me up for the rest of my active afternoon so I'm very happy. Not much of an ambience sit since it's not a sit down restaurant it's just takeout style. It was a bit awkward to know where to stand in line for this reason. all in all, though, it was good. read more

I went here to get my son and husband a drink and a pretzel! There were new employees behind the counter and they didn't know what to do with a coupon we gave them (it is where you peel off the little sticker that says what you want on a card). Anyway, it got straightened out so it was all good. They are now combined with a jamba juice so that was very interesting to me as well. Hire people that know how to make good pretzels and bake them correctly and get the right oven temp and the right way to lightly dip them because no one knows what the hell they're doing. It's almost like raw kind of dough inside but such an unpleasant texture and you can flatten them like a pancake so something is wrong with the dough here and you're just throwing away money for an unpleasant experience. Management team is to blame because they're not teaching them how to make them correctly. We've had amazing Annie's pretzels and when they're made right, they're so awesome. They're airy inside and crunchy on the outside and thick and cooked perfectly but this place feels like they just hired people walking down the street to come in and quickly make some pretzels with no experience. read more

Very disappointed in the management. My 15 year old daughter went in to purchase two lemonades and paid $20 cash for which she was not given any change. I asked her for the change and she was confused because she did not receive any. We went back in and they could not find the transaction in the system. Hi! Ex employee here! I recently quit because I was moving. :( But I'll share my experience here, since I think it's just as fair to let the employees share the experience too, we are people at the end of the day! A fair warning I'll be brutally honest, so with that said let's get into it. So I started in April, the boss man took me in right away, and once I started training, he thrusted me in the scene, so I had to figure things out on my own. It was fun I'll admit. I only applied part time at their second store that was recently added. The one with Jamba as their subsidiary. We all had a training session on a Friday or Saturday and it was a whole heck of fun. Now, before you ask "if it was fun, why give it 3 stars???" I'm going to get to that. So during the first 3 weeks was good, and things were just kicking off. Aside me just learning the ropes, I've noticed that some of the pretzels were kinda burnt. It wasn't like that all the time, because I know that each time I would make them I would make sure they weren't that darkened. But accidents happen! And no, I'm not siding with anyone here. I just saw what I saw! I mostly got the worst luck with the nuggets, the smoothies, however, we're my favorite part. I love Strawberries wild, White Gummi, Chocolate Mood, Mango... There was a lot of mango related drinks but mango madness was my fave. If you want my recommendation I would suggest if you get pretzel nuggets of any kind strawberries wild is a go-to for a lot of the customers that went to this particular location. Although I will admit that sometimes the communication between employees was somewhat difficult, this is not because of my particular disabilities. Sometimes they would just get a little bit too chaotic that it's hard to understand with anybody is saying at all. In fact I ended up having to ask people to repeat themselves several times to the point of annoyance, which is unintentional. But it made me feel a little bad. There was even a time where the manager (which I've seen only once) complained about my hair. For some context, my hair isn't exactly long, it's actually relatively shorter than most of the other individuals over there, and there are mostly female. But my hair wasn't too short either, around to the shoulders, barely touching. She even threatened to fire me if I didn't comply with the terms of service of the establishment. Honestly I agree! But the problem is that I couldn't get my hair into a proper ponytail, so I was stuck with tucking all my hair in the hat. Other than all of this, I never had any "true" complaints. When I did quit it was bitter sweet, last thing I got was 3 cups of pretzel nuggets, and a strawberries wild. I kept in contact with a few coworkers I now consider my close friends. I will not say who for the sake of this review and to protect them. But I've heard the GM had been stealing??? I'm sure it isn't really true, but in any case it isn't professional to act up towards your employees when they catch you doing something that seems out of character, I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as knowing them, they were strict when it came to stocks and product. I love their latte pretzel bites! No matter where I go the staff is always so nice and patient!

This is a dual location with Pretzels and Cinnabon all in one small storefront. Two registers and about seven employees working --- yet line of out door and two employees actually working with clients. The manager failed to even get the orders to keep line moving and made one cash register cash only as card reader was having issues. Kids love the Cinnabon Stix and Sweeties. They come with a small side of frosting. The larger order of each used to come with two frostings and now only one. Most of the items are sitting out under warmers for along time and cashier rolled eyes when client next to is requested a fresh pretzel. Poor management and lack of care to their clients. read more

I haven't been to an Auntie Anne's in a very long time. It was nothing against them just trying to make better choices. So after a long day and feeling like my sugar was low I decided what the hell. First off it was hot as hell in there. If you make the employees leave the door opened, the least you can do is turn up the AC for them. I felt like I needed a shower after being in there only 5 minutes !! I'm sure there is some kind of law against putting your employees in that kind environment. If you want people to smell the pretzels, why not put some kind of air vent so the smell can come out without over heating your employees. What a shitty company to work for. The guy behind the counter was very nice. My pretzel bites were too chewy for my liking. Guess the kid in me just doesn't feel the same way about Auntie Anne's anymore. read more

If I could give it a small rating, I would. I went to this location with my boyfriend on Sunday and we were really looking forward to it after only just discovering it's existence a few days prior. We are both just crazy for pretzel anything, bagels, chocolate coated, in cookies, buns, anything. When we arrived I went to the counter and asked the man behind the counter how he was. He said not a single word. I placed my order and used "please" at the end of it once again nothing. He got our stuff together, mumbled the price to us, took it and put the change on the counter and walked away without another word. I worked as a waitress for years and while I understand it's not the same thing, and I get that sometimes people are having bad days, I think the least he could have given us was a hello and goodbye. On top of the sad excuse for service, the pretzels tasted more like butter than anything else. I ordered an original pretzel and my boyfriend had the bites, both of us ate about half our stuff and went home to brush our teeth. The dough was a good consistency but you couldn't even taste the salt on them. I'm giving 3 stars because last time I was here I would have gave it 1. Dramatic turn around from my last visit. Service was quick and my order was right. Last time I was here, they made everything complicated for no reason. Tried to upsell my order for a combo, even though I didn't want it. I also wound up paying for 3 large slushes when I got drinks. I love Auntie Anne's pretzels. I had never been to this location. I drove over 15 miles to this location to use two free pretzel coupons but I was told that they "are not a participating location" for the free pretzel coupons -- which I received from the Auntie Anne's corporate office. I couldn't believe it! I thought that was incredibly cheap and short-sighted of them. Needless to say, I did not purchase anything and will not return to this Auntie Anne's.
