I ordered on their website a picture of Estee Lauder Pleasures for women 15 ml travel spray with a picture of the small glass bottle in a pink box that I always order from another company. I received my confirmation email with the photo of the same glass bottle in a pink box stating it was Estee Lauder Pleasures for women travel size 15ml. I received the item and it is not even close to the photo - it is a purple cylinder that sprays. When I called the company the representative and I went around and around as she said that was what I ordered and it was absolutely NOT what I ordered. This is my second time ordering from Aura Fragrance after finding them on TikTok. First off the prices are great and they have niche perfumes that are usually sold out. That being said, first order was perfect and no issues whatsoever. My most recent order that arrived yesterday was another story. I was horrified and disgusted. The packaging had yellow streaks all over the exterior and the label but I didn't think much of it. As I picked it up, I kept getting whiffs of something foul mixed with curry. When I opened the package I noticed that it was double wrapped in USPS bubble wrap. I began cutting through and what did I find? Tons and tons of dead AND alive worms just wiggling around. I took the package outside and cut through the rest. Not only were they in the first bubble wrap, they were in the second bubble wrap AND the sealed perfume box. Placed a online order for pick up 02/13/26 around 4pm . Their policy usually ready in 24 hrs. Writing this review 7pm 02/15/26 my order isn't ready basically ( 2 ) days later and counting. Blew my entire Valentine's Day surprise to my wife. Just should do an entire overhaul when it comes to accuracy and customer service. First bad experience. Online states item was in stock. Drove from Conroe to NW Houston . Get there they're lost and confused. Workers tell me that the item I want is still in the box in the back on a pallets. 13 mins standing there looking and waiting no one would go to the back to retrieve the items from the back. ( I was the only customer in the store ) They let $300 plus dollars just walk out the store because of lazy employees. Wasted 2 1/2 hrs literally. This place has amazing deals!! Ladies at the front are so nice, very welcoming. I go there a lot and my only complaint is the manager. I've encountered him multiple times at the store and he always has an unwelcoming attitude as if he doesn't get paid to be there. My inconvenience was from last week, he is always on the hip with this white skin young lady whom i believe is his girlfriend. I asked him for help to smell a certain fragrance and he dismissed me and ignored me because he was more interested in talking to that particular young lady. I believe they should seperate their relationship life while at work, and focus more on actually working. There's no reason why the customers should be able to tell they are a thing. Let me start by saying this. I've brought hundreds of fragrances from this place. Their brick and mortar is very close to where I live. Each fragrance was 100% authentic. Now. Why the low review? I've noticed now more than ever if you are not brown or white skinned you will be ignored. Now listen thousands of people buy from them online so must of the workers are pulling orders in their warehouse in the back of their store front. Yes that is correct warehouse. So you will see many of them come and actually pull from the shelves up front to just fill orders. (Also side note not everything that is out of stock online is out of stock in store. Most of my gatekeepers are bought like that.) Now back to why. If you know Español, and are of the brown and white persuasion you are good. The rest of us. Forget it. When they can they will make time and it's very rushed. Trust me they want to have nothing more than to get you out of that store. I've haven't really seen the owner except for maybe once or twice. But he wasn't very customer friendly as well. Out of all my many years buying here I've had two great experiences all from the same young man who came from the back to help me. One of them was for a fragrance they rarely have that the young girl dealing with me didn't want to even check the warehouse to see if they had one just sitting around he over heard her and went to the back and brought that one to me. Then she had the audacity to ask me if she could smell it. Wish I knew his name. But I don't. He's their best employee. So I doubt he will be there long. I purchased a brand new fragrance a few weeks ago and upon receiving it, I clearly received a defective product as not only I received a damaged bottle, but you can also tell that the fragrance had been used considerably. I took pictures and sent it to Aura Fragrance the day I received it to someone's email by the name of bbodelataurafrance.com. They did respond with a return label after bringing it to their attention. I then asked if they were going to replace my order, but they never responded. I placed the same order again, but they canceled it without any explanation. Fast forward to today, I ordered 3 frags and they cancelled my order again without explanation. I keep inquiring why they are doing this as it makes me believe they are targeting me for their own errors. So here I am really curious as to what is happening so I called their customer service and explained my situation. They said that their system may think that the device I order from is fraudulent and I should try ordering from a different device or email address. I said that this does not sense since I have ordered many times from your site before. They also tell me that there is no guarantee that trying will work? I'm like who in their right mind would fall for BS like this. I then asked who bbodel since he is the one who keeps cancelling my orders I was advised that he is the owner of Aura Fragrance. I have tracking and know they received it. When I reach out to customer service they state it takes 3-5 days process refunds. It has been over 45 days! Their eBay ratings are off the charts good while their web site biz gets mediocre reviews at best. I've been reluctant to order from their web site but decided to give it a go. I ordered one bottle of Initio Absolute Aphrodisiac on Jan 25th and received it Jan 28th (TX to MO). My bottle was sealed and in perfect condition and smells identical to sample decants I've received elsewhere so I have no reason to doubt its authenticity. Owner/Owners are very rude, disrespectful and intimidating..he has no matters whatsoever. He treats extremely bad customers and employees. He does not honor any exchanges or refunds even though the problems generates in their warehouse; We purchased a bunch of perfumes worth around $400 and one of the perfumes where empty and they did not want to do an exchange or refund. These people has been around for a number of years and nobody has done anything about it. Their employees are afraid to even talk because they have surveillance cameras everywhere and he keeps them quiet by calling on the phone when the customers request some information, shout out loud on the phone or speakers. In another case he shout out at us and asked us to leave in front of all customer because we had a seven year old daughter and supposedly he does not like to do business with people with kids (he said he only allowed customers from 18 yrs and older not even if the parent carries them).
