They shipped right out, no problem. Like 1 of the scents so much I got right back on and ordered two more bottles of that scent. Not back, ordered; --- in stock. I've ordered many times before and I know how updates on the order work. Nothing moved for a week. So, I reached out to customer service asking if they could check on the order. I received a response back stating that I should patiently wait for "multiple bottles" to ship (which is usually how I order, btw). Okay, waited till the next week - nothing. So I reached back out asking if they could again please check the order/status and see if something was "stuck". 10 minutes later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. No email back, nothing. I can see the scent is still "in stock" so this is just that delightful customer service they are known for being pissy. It's really gross.

I believe they should seperate their relationship life while at work, and focus more on actually working. There's no reason why the customers should be able to tell they are a thing. One half of the store is women's scents, the other side men's scents, and the center is mostly Arabic fragrances. The organization of the store is a bit chaotic, but I didn't mind since the prices seemed pretty good. I will say that their staff was kind and helpful when it came to suggesting scents. They led me to the Lattafa section, and I got to smell everything without any pressure to buy. Another win. I ended up purchasing a 3.4 oz bottle of Lattafa Yara Candy for about $35. When I got home, my spidey senses tingled... and after a quick search, I found that the same scent in the same size is about $25 on Amazon (regular price). And if you're wondering why Trendsetters gets a 4.9 star rating on Google, that's because if you give them a Google review before checking out, you get one extremely budget scent for free. Trendsetters is fine if you just want to smell scents that you can't find in local stores, but make sure to do your research before you waste money here.

I was first introduced to Bond No. 9 fragrances by my significant other when I first met him. The fragrances at Bond are so different, the scents are so unique, I constantly get compliments on the scent. No one can ever guess what it is. Every time I come to Bond, Rachel has been the one to help me. She is very helpful, and knows all of the Bond scents very well. She helped me in picking out some favorites of the Bond collection. I ended up purchasing Riverside Drive, Scent of Peace, Manhattan, and Washington Square. The prices for the perfumes are much more pricier than your traditional fragrances. Prices range from $200 to a couple $1,000, depending on the scent, bottle size, and special edition bottles with Swarovski crystals. Very few select retailers carry Bond No. 9, from what I was told they have a good partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue, and a few select Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms may carry the line. There is also a flagship store located in NYC. If you decide to check out Bond No. 9, ask for Rachel in the Houston Galleria Saks Fifth Avenue.
