She is gentle and kind during the waxing and finished in about 10 minutes. Her prices are also fair and affordable. Making an appointment is a breeze - first time clients need to fill out an initial survey (super quick and easy) which I did before completing my appointment request. While getting waxed isn't the most pleasant feeling ever, Ruth somehow finds a way to take her time but still make it feel like it's not hours on end. Even though I don't go often, she still remembers who I am which goes to show how much she appreciates her customers. My last experience was at 8 months pregnant and I was terrified since it is supposed to hurt more and the fact that I can't take advil.
