I wish I could give zero. First of all the lady at the front desk was soooooooooooo rude. Got an attitude longer than a Monday. She couldn't communicate properly and then gotta attitude then was tapping her nails and snappy toward not only costumers but to the nail tech even. If she needed something should could've just asked. Second ladies they made me bleed saying they was just tryin to straighten my nail. Honey, you aren't a surgeon leave it be.... but yes more than one toe nail ripped half off... please skip this place! I mean unless you like bleeding. It's gonna be a "never again" from me dawg. My daughter and I came here to get our nails done. We had made appointment. When we got there they asked us what we wanted to get .I told them we had made appointment. I was getting regular polish and full set. My daughter and I were looking trying to decide on a color. So many to choose from be we felt a little rushed. Once we started on my nails there is this guy not sure if he is the manager or what but he would just pull up a seat and watch for 5-10 mins. Then he went over to where my daughter was. It made us very uncomfortable. When I had to pay they are very over priced I have never payed an arm and a leg formy daughter and I or bill was $108. Our nails aren't that great looking and we wern't pleased ny they way they looked and it took forever to get out of there.I should have seen the signs there were maybe one or two ppl in there. She rushed to do my nails and didn't even give me a full manicure. No hot towel, cuticle oil, lotion, uneven nails, thick and left product on my hands. The pictures are minutes after my service. Tina did a great job with my pedi/partial mani, when it came time to polish another woman polished my fingernails and sen Tina to start another client's pedi. The young woman that polished my nails was in such a hurry, they don't look good. Came here after purchasing their groupon for a pedi and SNS mani! I usually go to the West Chester Location, so I went out of my way to use this groupon for this location. Nice location, easy to find and very clean! They were ready for my appointment my friend made for us (make an appointment, you will thank me). Nancy was very sweet, and did not make me feel bad when I wanted to flinch while she was tending to my ticklish feet! She did a great job! Then it was SNS mani time! Nancy was not trained in this, so they had to bring Khevin in to do the french tips I wanted. He was quick and did a good job, however I could have done without him FACETIMING during the appointment...Super unprofessional. After he was done, the girl who was working on my friend's nail was very precise and made sure our nails were flawless, and even fixed one nail that she did not deem perfect. I appreciate her attention to detail (she had glasses and was early to mid 20s). Overall good experience. read more

On the day of 07/22/20, I received SNS service from one of the male technicians at this business for the first time. My nails were looked great leaving the appointment, however by the weekend I noticed that the polish started to crack on a few nails. SNS is supposed to last for 3 weeks and I've been getting this service for the past 5 years so I know that within less than 5 days, the polish shouldn't be cracking. By that next Monday (07/27/20) a third nail actually chipped so I had to file it because it kept snagging onto things but then by 07/29/20, those two nails that were cracking began to chip. Again, a good SNS set should never do this within less than a week. It's known to last 3 weeks. On 07/31/20 at around 1:40pm, I called this business and told the receptionist what has been going on so she made me an appointment to come to get my nails fixed that day. I got the appointment around 2pm and spoke to the receptionist again and she looked at my nails and saw that they were chipped. She took me over to Chip (who I didn't know was the manager at the time and he was not the guy that initially did my nails), she showed him my nails and I told him that my nails need to be completely done over because 3 nails at this point had chipped. None of my nails were broken except for one but it was already broken and a had nail tip on it from when I had got it done from the guy who did this SNS set. Chip agreed to redo my nails and in the midst of him doing my nails, he began to complain to me about his receptionist and how she needs to stop eating McDonalds fries and diet cokes (assuming he was trying to call her fat) and that she wasn't doing great at her job and wanted to fire her. I laughed uncomfortably and took note of this behavior. During that conversation, I learned he was the manager. When he fixed my nails, he was trying to charge me full price and I didn't agree with being charged anything due to this being the tech's fault that my nails were chipping. Chip got really nasty and started yelling at me. Even after I agreed to pay, he was still trying to argue with me and I even told him to leave me alone as the receptionist was ringing me up but kept going at me, I mean I was even walking out the door and he was still going at me. I was done arguing with him when I agreed to pay. He called himself giving me a "discount" but I should have never been charged. I only paid because I'm black and do not need the cops called on me if I had walked out without paying or continued to argue with that guy. The customer service here is terrible and the fact that the manager could talk bad about his employee put a bad taste in my mouth and showed how unprofessional he is. I did report them to the better business bureau. P.S. I do not have pics of the third nail that was chipping because I had already filed the nail. It had chipped on the edge of my nail so filing it allowed me to disguise the chip. read more

Ever since management changed, this place has gone downhill. I've been a regular customer since the grand opening. My go-to's were Alex and Quinn. My mom and I arrived today for double mani-pedis to celebrate her birthday. When I signed in, I asked the receptionist for the wait time for both of us to be seen together. She told me one technician was ready and that the other would be done in 15 min after she corrected a broken nail. Given this information, my mom and I proceeded to the chairs. After more than 15 minutes passed, I noticed that not only was the customer with the broken nail leaving, the technician started on a completely new customer. Naturally, I alerted the receptionist about my observation. She walked away as if she was getting more information, but did not return. When she circled near us, I flagged her down AGAIN and asked her for an update. She informed me that the technician did start on someone else despite what she told me earlier. She proceeded to rant about how the technician wasn't scheduled today and that she wasn't aware of her schedule etc. At that point, my mom had already waited 30 minutes, so I ended my appointment. In that time, the technician, Maria, came over to talk to us. She explained that she was on medical leave and had appointments that were not in the system. I informed her that I was aware the mistake was not on her end, but the receptionist for not checking with her before relaying incorrect information. She then advised me to schedule an appointment in the future to which I advised her that the receptionist and the staff should communicate before misinforming customers. Furthermore, when the receptionist noted her mistake, SHE SHOULD HAVE COME TO US. However, instead of taking accountability or acknowledging our frustration, Maria blamed the situation on us. Customer service is simple, yet service providers make it difficult. Instead of being concerned about being right, businesses should concern themselves with being accountable. A simple apology in this case is all that was warranted. However, it was ultimately pride that costed them two loyal customers. Also worth mentioning, both their staff and clientele has considerably declined since their changes - and that's a fact! Numbers don't lie, so good luck! read more

I have been to the salon 2 times already and I loved my nails both times. I got the SnS nails. The tech that did my nails did an awesome job his name is Khevin. The salon is very nice and clean. Also they can speak and understand english very good. I got my daughter's nails done as well, they are very good with kids. This will be my permanent nail place. read more

My problem with this nail salon is that they are charging 7% sales tax rate when Butler County is 6.5%. Also, I redeemed my punch card recently for a $5 discount and it was calculated after the original price of $43, plus the incorrect sales tax rate was applied. The discount should come off the price of the service... followed by the addition of any sales tax. False pricing practices if you ask me. read more

I found this salon because of their groupon deal currently available. The reviews I read said to request Vivi and to make an appointment so I tried to do just that. I called and spoke to Maria twice who was rude both times. First, she automatically thought I was a returning customer because I actually did my research and requested a nail tech. Then when I called back to request a 10am appt. She said, "all we have is 12, do you want it or not" then she proceeded to ask me for the voucher code which does not follow the rules of groupon because you aren't supposed to get the code until you're there and it's being used! Probably a way for them to screw people. I'll be reporting that to Groupon. I advised her I hadn't purchased yet because I wanted to ensure I could get in at the time I needed. She said that's fine you can just purchase here. (A way to not allow groupon to get their %, also being reported) I told her groupon was currently running a 20% sale I wanted to take advantage of. Her exact words were, "it's one or the other, you can't have it all" with the largest attitude I've ever heard. As someone who wanted to try a new salon for the first time, this is disgusting behavior and terrible customer service. A great way to turn off potential customers. I'll be placing this on social media so my friends are aware and stay away! I spoke with the owner Khevin thorugh Yelp Messaging who just said, "Apologize for bad Experience. The pedicure chairs here are by far the best that I have sat in. The shop is very pretty and decorative giving you that high end feeling experience. A great selection of polish and colors. The menu of services was a bit overwhelming because I wasn't sure what was different from one to the next on the type of pedicure and the prices were higher then some of the places I have been. The service wasn't so great. I was passed around to 3 different people - I accidentally bumped my nail while I was getting them painted and the technician was quite rude telling me to 'be careful' and was clearly annoyed that she had to touch up my nail.
