However, the way to work that out with a dedicated customer is to explain WHY (using a friendly tone that shows you appreciate your loyal customer). Instead i was NOT called back immediately (when i was promised a call) and I told James I was ill and he said the owner told me to come in anyway. Also he said he was having a problem refunding me. So, no - I do not own this mishap. You are quick to craft a YELP response to CYA but you were not quick to show appreciation or respect to this customer of yours for years now. So yeah - the only people who should buy from you are the folks who only care about getting high and do not care about loyalty or great customer service.
