Jessica made me so happy! I was so scared to get my hair colored due to the thickness and natural dryness of my curls. I was afraid chemical coloring would further dry and ruin my hair. Jessica perfectly timed and watched the coloring as it was on, to take it off as soon as she saw my hair got the tint. I only partly colored my hair, just trying to cover up a streak of very visible grays. She picked the perfect color to blend in with my natural hair. She was fast, friendly, and very skilled at her craft. I also got a nice haircut to get rid of all my dry ends and it looks so much better and healthier. Reasonable pricing, too. Worst customer relations. I was at the salon at my scheduled time and waited 30 minutes for the esthetician ( Casey or Cassondra T.) to come out and leave with no regard to me. The other salon members asked her where she was going and what about her customer ( me) and if she was going to at least talk to me and explain. She said no I've gotta go. Apparently she doesn't have good sense of time and usually leaves her costumers waiting. Everyone was apologetic and seemed to be caring and considerate but unfortunately Cassandra doesn't care about her relationship with her customers . So if you need skin care, you may want to go somewhere else. read more

Gena is by far one of the greatest and hardest working hairdressers in the FL. The simple fact that her book is jammed packed 3 months in advance sez it all bitches!!! Who needs customer service when the line is wrapped around the block!?! She dumped all the lazy asses and now it's a whole new place with great energy. Color is her speciality and the cuts are always modern and a perfect application of geometry and symmetry. As an industry expert I would say go in and your face value will greatly increase. I have been getting my hair colored and cut by Monica for the last 5 years. She always does an amazing job and is a lot of fun! I get tons of compliments on my hair all of the time. She also has waxed my eyebrows and bikin area on occasions over the last 5 years. I never feel awkward and she is a true professional. I love the salon's look and feel. One of the best Salons I have ever found. I always get a great cut, my color is PHENOMENAL, and they take the extra extra time to style my hair (I have very thick hair that takes a while to blow out). I have also used them for waxing and they are very detailed oriented, making sure its perfect. I noticed the other reviews about Cassandra and agree (I did a facial once with her). Luckily, she is no longer there. As far as the owner, Gena, other stylists such as Monica and nail tech Michelle...they are the BEST in the business! I am a man with long thick curly hair. This salon is the only place in town that can cut and style my hair to my satisfaction. Staff is friendly and professional. I was referred to Michael Ehrets by my trainer, and I am so glad I was. I needed some massage work to help with recovery after my workouts, my climbing, and my runs, and Michael is a master. He has an uncanny ability of figuring out exactly what needs work. He knows a lot about how the body works and I've learned a lot about myself through working with him. I have been to more than a few massage therapists in the area, and while I haven't been to them all, I think Michael might be the best. Far and away better than anyone else I've been to. Worst hair experience I have EVER had. First off, the place is extremely disorganized, as are the employees, aiding to the poor customer relations. Next, I showed a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted to my hairstylist (ombré) and she did not follow the picture in the slightest. She did what she THOUGHT would look best, without asking, which turned out to be a full head of a horrendous orange color with my dark roots completely visible. To top it all off, I showed the picture a second time and THANKFULLY another stylist tried to tell mine what I wanted. She attempted to fix it. (To no avail AND charged me extra for it without telling me first) Unfortunately, the glimmer of hope left was done her shift and could no longer help my lack-of-experienced "hair stylist" and I was left with a horrible head of hair, worse than before. Not only did my stylist ruin my hair, she also made the experience unbearable with her lack of conversation and then proceeded to charge me $175 for the biggest hair regret of my life. Not to mention there were several times where the lady splattered face with bleach and just threw the towel at me. Basically, I wish I would have went to Walmart. Stylist name was "Drea". read more

Because there is only one person who does the gel nails, it is a good to make an appointment way ahead of time, but once you get there the people are friendly & make you feel at home, literally because the place is a charming house & not a spot in a strip mall. Definitely going again! read more

This is a review of Beautiful Skin @Auracle. Cassandra is working out if this spa/salon. After several texts back and forth, we agreed to have my appt today with a groupon. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who assisted me even texted Cassandra for me after asking me if I was sure I had an appt. I showed her the texts I had on my phone. I was about 25 min early and the receptionist said Cassandra runs late and that she thought she was fine for the day. Anyway I waited past the time of our appt and then called and texted Cassandra. She finally texted me 20 min after our scheduled appt saying she was getting the room prepared for me and that she was in the salon since noon, and that Gena (last at front desk) texted her but was running late. Ummmm I call BS on that and texted her back that she was not in the building, the other ladies in the salon said she was not there and that if she was running late she could have communicated, regardless. I really doubt that Gena texted her while she was still in this building because this salon is tiny. In fact, the edty room listed by the bathroom was wide open with no one in it when i went back there to use the restroom during my wait. After that text I sent back, I received no response. That correspondence made me lose more respect for her. Her behavior makes this nice salon look bad. While she is running her business independently from the rest of the salon, the rep of Auracle becomes affected. Good thing groupon immediately refunded my money. read more

Michael Ehrets is a massage magician. He's incredibly in tune with what's going on with an individual's body and has an extreme knowledge of the human anatomy to back it. He's my go-to-guy and he probably will be for as long as I'm living here. read more

Michael is one of the best massage therapists I have ever worked with. He does excellent deep tissue work, and has worked out back and leg pains for me on many occasions. A great guy to talk with too. His studio in the Auracle Salon provides a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Michael and Auracle. read more
