The people at Peacock Jewelers just lie. I left my watch there for 3 days for a battery…read morereplacement. The person "who did battery replacements" only came in after 7:30 pm and worked overnight. Guess what, this phantom battery guy never showed up and and my watch was never repaired. Just go somewhere with regular hours (Peacock opens when it suits them, as late as after noon some days) and will close early when the employees have somewhere else to go. My opinion is this not a legit jewelry store but a front for some other questionable operation. Just do not go there!

They answered all my questions and helped me pick out some great pieces. They offer collections in Vermeil and Sterling Silver, plus some cool home goods and fragrances. I also purchased a denim skirt with shorts under thinking the shorts would help with the length of the skirt. Because of the return policy, I don't have the option to dispute the transaction from my credit card since I've had to use store credit.
