Back in October of 2025 I was advised by the Optometrist that I need glasses again after getting laser Surgery done to get rid of my astigmatism. Now I'm getting put onto a light prescription. On April 28 I finally booked an appointment to get the prescription filled, told it would be a 1-2 week wait which is normal and I expected to wait awhile. But the lady Courtney who helped me was amazing and patient when I was picking out what frames fit my face best. Everyone at the office is so warm and welcoming. Fantastic service every time! My optometrist has always answered my questions thoroughly and completely, and the front desk service is spectacular. Fantastic service, wonderful with kids! My family has seen 3 different optometrists and they have all been great. The entire staff has been super nice and friendly every time. My boyfriend bought $1000 glasses because they said he needed bifocals. They assured us there was a 30 day money back guarantee. When he picked up his glasses he couldn't see anything so bad that they were making him feel sick. He called Aurora and they assured him he just needed to get used to them. A couple more weeks went by and still they were horrible. He went back in and was told they can make them into reading glasses and refund him $250. $750 reading glasses when you can go anywhere and pay $20-60 for them. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't make a guarantee that you aren't going to stand by and make sure the customer is happy. We won't ever go back. read more

Amazing service and warranty. Dr Giles is an amazing eye doctor. My son has been going to her for over 8 years and his eyes have improved so much. My son has been really hard on his glasses with school and sports. Every time we come in Jenn have been so helpful getting them fixed and sent in for warranty If we can. I called two weeks in advance to see if they direct billed my insurance provider, they said they did. I drove 2 hours to get to my appointment just to find out they do not and have to turn around and drive the 2 hours home. Will never be returning. read more
