It still hurt playing any sport where I needed to use my wrist (basketball, tennis, squash) and could even feel a twinge whenever I was writing. Went to see Dr. Dhillon on a recommendation from my tennis partner and she really worked the scar tissue build up in my hand/wrist and the exercises she gave me has it feeling back to normal. Feels great to play sports without restriction! I can't understate the frustration of always feeling discomfort and it feels so good to get back to my normal activities that I took for granted before. First off the front desk woman was extremely rude. I have multiple health care cards, one for…read moredentistry, one for everything else. I was trying to figure out which one it was and the woman behind the front desk was impatient, rude, and started telling me how "nobody has more than one card, she's been doing this a very long time and has never heard of it before". Well that's her problem because everyone I work with has two. Being ignirant is one thing but then being rude on top of that is unacceptable. Second, the chiropractor that was assigned to me didn't do a thing. She tried but couldn't get any cracks out if my back, my regular guy (in red deer) has me in and out in 7 minutes. This one didn't get a single crack and then wanted to sit and educate how I can do this on my own. I've only been dealing with it for 9 years now. The last thing I want to do while I work night shift is to come in here during my sleeping hours and waste another half hour listening to blabbering. I've been told all that stuff before, I just want my back fixed so I can go back to work. I can't wrap my head around why a chiro appointment took over an hour, even for my first time at this location. I'd recommend anywhere else first.
