First off the front desk woman was extremely rude. I have multiple health care cards, one for…read moredentistry, one for everything else. I was trying to figure out which one it was and the woman behind the front desk was impatient, rude, and started telling me how "nobody has more than one card, she's been doing this a very long time and has never heard of it before". Well that's her problem because everyone I work with has two. Being ignirant is one thing but then being rude on top of that is unacceptable. Second, the chiropractor that was assigned to me didn't do a thing. She tried but couldn't get any cracks out if my back, my regular guy (in red deer) has me in and out in 7 minutes. This one didn't get a single crack and then wanted to sit and educate how I can do this on my own. I've only been dealing with it for 9 years now. The last thing I want to do while I work night shift is to come in here during my sleeping hours and waste another half hour listening to blabbering. I've been told all that stuff before, I just want my back fixed so I can go back to work. I can't wrap my head around why a chiro appointment took over an hour, even for my first time at this location. I'd recommend anywhere else first.
