I saw Keagan at the Grande Prairie office and he was excellent. Hearing tests done, procedures explained, devices in my ears when I left, and a follow up appointment was set for the next week. The staff were really good about helping me get any financial assistance available. The next day I got an email from Keagan to see how things were going and to answer any questions I might have. I have seen him twice since and he has made any changes I needed, reassured me when I needed it, and taught me more and more about my hearing aids. I am sure there are places where the aids cost less, but the level of follow up, the free hearing test, follow up appointments and batteries more than makes up for the cost difference. Seeing as we are seniors who live on a fixed budget the prices were excellent and so was the Clothing. It was clean and very afforable. While my wife shopped I had the pleaseure of sitting and enjoying a good hot coffee on a chilly day. I would high recommend this business for any one who wneeds to get the best bang for their buck. We walked out a few dollors poorer but we are satifiyed with what we bought and the quality. The clothing was clean, nicely displayed, not torn or wore out. On top we even got a discount as we are seniors. I would sooner spend my money in this store rather than a big box store. We were both astonished at the wide selection available. Deffinly a family friendly store. for what we bought we would have spent triple that in any other big box store with no discount.
