Coming from someone who has had many massages, Laura with the Deep Tissue massage was one of the best I've ever had. Focused on my problem areas and was so relaxing I thought I was there for hours! Facial and dermaplaning done by Kacie was also very relaxing and made my skin feel great. Right on time and a cozy home atmosphere. Sometimes you can hear people in the main room so was distracting for a few moments, but spa music was perfect to get back into the vibes! Difficult to get an appointment here. Someone will text me like they're going to book my appointment but there's no follow through. Bad first impression. I've been trying to get in for 2 weeks with a gift certificate from Mother's Day. So, I finally got my massage from Cee and it was wonderful!!!! I've been getting massages for years and have to say this was the BEST!!! I'm very impressed with Cee. Upon leaving no one acknowledged my existence, after waiting to rebook so I left. Requested a 90 minute massage and got 60 minutes of barely a rub with 30 minutes of massage. I mentioned I preferred more pressure at the onset but never got much of any pressure other than the last 5 minutes The foot part of the massage (usually at the end) was more in the middle. I think the lady touching my feet was falling asleep as there was barely any pressure at all. Maybe she needed to sit and rest ?? The music was not good. There were multiple pauses between different music. A fan was turned on part way through the massage which would have been okay as it did not blow on me but there was a clicking sound ... there should not have been a clicking sound. I was not offered water at the end of the massage. I will not return. This makes me sad as it is very convenient. read more

They punted it far into the stands this time. Scheduled a booking for 2 in double room for wife's birthday and bride gift for her friend. If I had wanted separate rooms or different times I would have scheduled as such. Really dropped the ball. Can't even reschedule because only in town for the weekend. Only saying grace is I didn't pay prior to them getting the service. Don't want to deal with them ever again. Poor scheduling on their part. If they made their website easier to navigate would alleviate some headache as well as better visibility from road so not circling for 10 minutes to find it. read more

This studio is awesome! I started going to Kelly shortly after she opened and even though I have moved 2 hours away it is still worth the trip. Surroundings are clean and very well decorated, a very peaceful and relaxing environment. Both therapist were very respectful and was mindful of my modestly. I had called and scheduled an appointment earlier today. Was called about an hour before my scheduled appointment time from the therapist saying her car was being worked on. Moved appointment back a half hour. While driving to the rescheduled appt. was called again saying car was still being worked on, could I come tomorrow. I waited around all afternoon and now it's too late to try and go anywhere else. I am on vacation and about 30 minutes from this location so was on my way to the appt. and waited most of the afternoon because of it. VERY poor planning and customer service! Would not recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time here. 10/11/15 Update: I received an e-mail fromm the owner, Kelley over the weekend. She apologized and was very gracious in offering to reimburse for a massage of the same value locally (not necessary but certainly appreciated). Clearly the owner takes customer service very seriously and as she pointed out, unfortunately things happen. I very much appreciate the response and more than fair gesture. read more
