But when I arrived and greeted my therapist, I was stopped at the front desk and told I couldn't go back until "this was taken care of." Despite all my consistency and support, I was treated like a flight risk. I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I walked out and didn't even stay for the massage I had just paid for. When I reached out to management to explain how upsetting the experience was, the response I received was brief and dismissive. I've since canceled two months of future appointments and requested that my card be removed from their system. Roxanne is a truly wonderful massage therapist, and this review is in no way a reflection of her work. But the way this situation was handled by management was deeply disappointing. There's a lot to work on in how they treat loyal clients and communicate policies. I would have preferred to leave a better review - but this experience left me no choice.
