Lux nails is always trying to charge you more. I can't trust a nail salon that isn't honest with how they charge you. I have moved on. Quality of the work is average. If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for a simple cuticle trim and just to have my dip taken…read moreoff and like the photo below and I walked out before they could finish because they ruined my nails! Under new ownership now! They can't trim cuticles as they said they don't do it like the picture! They use a tool to grind them all up and they assume that is fine? Not fine at all. Photo 2 is what I asked my nails to look like. Nothing fancy just a clean cuticle trim. Photo 1 was after they trimmed my cuticles. See them all dry and completely jagged? I left before even letting them remove the dip on them. Photo 3 are my mom's nails that broke and peeled in a couple of hours. Terrible service. If they cannot trim cuticles without sanding them with a tool, they shouldn't be in business.
