My daughter and I booked pedicures recently. I would give 5 stars but I feel the quality of the pedicure is very off. They don't allow you to soak for a bit. They literally filled the bath/tub and let you put your feet in it for a few seconds. Also, the pedicures were definitely fast. Big toenail was cut uneven, one toe only has polish on half of it, and the tech kept trying to clip the skin (instead of nail) on my already very short pinky toe nail. I don't know why they have so many bad reviews. I am very pleased with my dip nails! She took her time taking off my old nails and my new set came out perfect. They even give back massages while your nails are drying. It's at a convenient plaza location with plenty of parking. Also, keep in mind tips are accepted via cash or Venmo. I've been an Eros customer since they opened; truly loved them at first and while my nails have always come out nice (aside from the one time I got a design - more on that later) , I think some of the service has gone downhill recently. Couple things to note: 1. I went in for a dip manicure this weekend (first time getting dip) and was shocked that my manicurist used a communal container for the dipping powder instead of a disposable cup for the service, or just sprinkling the powder on my nails. Is that common practice? I've heard that is considered highly unprofessional and unsanitary. 2. Went in for a gel manicure this summer looking for a simple rainbow design on two of the nails - I brought in pictures. The resulting design was basically a joke (I'll post pics of what I wanted vs got). The manicurist tried her best, but clearly wasn't the right person for the job. At one point I had to explain the different between green and yellow and other colors. Maybe that's on me cause I didn't think a rainbow would be hard to do? 3. Tipping has been getting very confusing with usually a few different people working on my nails. And if I don't plan ahead and have cash for each, I'll get judged for tipping on my card. Or just flat out not allowed to. They do have Venmo accounts listed, but sometimes the names don't seem to align with someone's name tag, and it gets confusing. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for almost a year at this point. I was very impressed at the beginning but feel that the quality has gone down slightly over the last year. Today, I went for a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure and was done in one hour. The pedicure felt quite rushed, as did the manicure. UNSAFE I have been going to eros for two years and loved them but after today I will never return. It is a busy saturday morning but it is no excuse for uncleanliness. Utensils were not put in the sterilizer a man had just finished a pedicure and went to use the same utensils on my hands. TOE SKIN WAS STILL ON THE NAIL CUTTER!!! I got a pedicure and it was great. Although the customer service is not great. Today I had a strange interaction with two of the nail artists. After paying and waiting for my nails to dry, they came over and asked where their tip was, which I had not even left the salon yet and had the chance to do so. They then kept coming over and she made me open the venmo app and then tried grab my phone to press confirm and tip them! I was so taken back. Another customer approached me and told me the same thing happened to them. I have been here a few times and they always do a decent job. I called on a Monday morning to ask for an afternoon appointment and they told me to come at 1:30. They took me right away to ask me to pick a color. I wanted a regular manicure, but they asked me a couple of times since their English is not so fluent. But they were very kind and they accommodated me right away when I decided to switch from the color I had picked into having a French manicure. I was already annoyed at the fact I paid 60.00 only to be rushed through and not given anything more than a mediocre pedicure. I can't begin to describe the frustration I have with this business. I've given it so many chances but seem to feel the same way every time. Not only is it super uncomfortable when they stand over your shoulder and stare into your purse/at your phone until you've tipped them (and tell you how much to tip) but I have to come back at-least 2/3 days later to get my nails fixed from breaking and chipping every single time. And I'm not like doing manual labor with my hands all day. The last time I went back in to get my ONE nail fixed a day after I got them done they turned me away and said "no too busy" yeah I'm busy too and I don't want to have to come back every single time I get my nails done. I get its a luxury but we pay a lot to get our nails done and feel good, it's supposed to last. So frustrating, learned my lesson. Won't go back. Also it's always chaotic and stressful in there. I wasn't expecting to love this place as much as I did given the mixed reviews but this is the best pedicure experience I've gotten. They were fast but took their time. For $50 I got the lemon pedicure which included a 10 minute massage, a hot stone massage, callus removal, paraffin, and the other regular pedicure stuff. I've paid the same price for way less of a massage. Also when my tech walked me to the drying area, she gave me a quick shoulder massage which was very unexpected and much needed haha, so I was very happy about that. The woman was very nice and I called same day to see if they had availability, which they did. The place is very clean. They line the tubs with plastic. They don't cheap out on the plastic wrap for your legs like some places do. The tools are in individually wrapped baggies that makes me think they are sterile. They require masks which I love. I know some people hate it but I prefer it to getting sick and spreading these variants! And lastly, although irrelevant, they have such beautiful floors. Lovely large marble tiles. I wasn't expecting the place to look this nice. They have massage chairs as well. Not the best chairs since you can't feel the pressure that much but still nice. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager is a rude condescending jerk. I went in for a dip-manicure and pedicure. I wanted the same color for hands and toes. When they started my toes they asked me to confirm my color and I said I wanted them to match. They said I had picked the wrong toe polish it didn't have a nail match. The make manager brought me three rings of colors. I picked a NEW color for ands and toes. Similar but different. They started my nails and the two colors didn't match. They tried to "match it". It did not match. I told them i was not happy. They told me to come back the next day to change the toe color, they did not have time to do it while I was there. I came back the next morning. Tipped the women who did the polish change using Venmo. And she handed me a bill for $20! I asked to speak to the manager, he raised his voice said it was my fault, his people don't pick colors for customers. Created a scene in the shop so everyone was looking at me. He huffed and said comments about me both in English and Vietnamese. It was a miscommunication. I tipped the worker for the 5 minute polish change and he caused a scene because he would not talk accountability for the mixup. read more

From the professional, top notch beautiful nail work, you will also enjoy a neck massage and parafin wax hand dip, And for anyone questioning their prices...unless you are comparing Eros to another salon, who also goes above and beyond just really good nail work...with neck massages, parafin wax hand dips, no blaring TVs, etc., then they may have a complaint. However, the fact is that there isn't another salon in the area who does the same quality of work in the same atmosphere/environment. I went to Eros and loved it the first time. Second time I went I got a french manicure with June. She was rushing and wasn't very kind. I left and my nails looked alright, she didn't wait for the white to dry so it dragged all over my nail when she did the clear coat. Within 5 hours of having my new nails, they were chipped almost on every nail. By night time they looked like the picture below. I went to get my money back the next morning and they told me I could either get $5 back for the $25 manicure I paid for or I could sit there and get them fixed. At that point I couldn't be bothered with getting them fixed. Although $5 is absurd, I took the money because it wasn't worth sitting there. It's a shame that they handled the situation this way because my first experience was great. I will not be returning. read more
