Jen did an amazing job with our kitten Zorii! We were a little nervous about them handling her because of how feisty she can be, but there seemed to be no trouble at all. She got a nice bath, a little trim, and her nails clipped. Zorii felt so soft and smelled really good afterwards! I have been going here for 10+ years. I was admittedly about 8 minutes late. One of the workers was outside and saw me pull up, struggle with getting my senior dog out of the car and over to the potty area. I was letting him do his business while I called to check in (it is curbside check in only). The phone rang for a while. When they finally answered they told me they took my dog off the list as a no show. I said your worker watched me pull up and carry him out and to the potty area. She basically told me too bad. I mentioned I have been coming here over 10 years. She told me to go ahead and go someplace else because they have plenty of work (while the other worker was laughing in the background). The last time I took my other dog here I asked that she was cut the same length all over, face and all. I even called and said I wasn't sure if I was clear that I wanted her cut the same length all over. When I picked her up she had a haircut that made her look ridiculous, like a boy and with a unibrow. Time for a new groomer this place has gone to the dogs lol. read more

It was always so easy to schedule, they were very professional, and they knew how to handle dogs that don't like getting their nails trimmed. a minute ago I absolutely loved this place it's been very hard to find a grooming place for my dog she gets very nervous and scared the last time i took her to one they couldn't do it. i haven't been able to find a mobile groomer either and thank god for this place. they got me booked the very next day the lady was super patient with my dog very nice over the phone and in person very nice to my dog i can tell she wasn't aggressive towards her or rude or my dog wouldn't of gotten close to her. my dog was comfortable with her after the bath she wasn't scared, it's a shame i didn't get her name but i've found my perfect place. i could not be more thankful thank you to the team love how my dog came out! I took my dog here for the first time, before walking in I knew something wasn't right as I could hear dogs barking and screeching from outside. After walking in I could see two dogs on the grooming table crying and screeching as they were having their nails cut. The ladies were cutting them too short and causing pain. One of the ladies, who didn't see me in the front, got so mad that the dog was crying so much when cutting its nails that she aggressively took the dog off the table and too the back:( After watching for a couple minutes someone came to check me in and I told them I did not want to leave my dog with them, she couldn't hear me at first bc of how loud the screeching was, and I turned around walked out. It made me sad for the pups in there, I'm sure they have good groomers however, I would never take my dog here. read more

For bathing services you get a free brush out. They did a wonderful job on my dog's nail- trimmed AND filed, the prices are very affordable. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!! I walked in and saw a groomer working on a dog and the dog had slipped off the table and was dangling from the collar. She got the dog after letting it be strangled for a few seconds. She then came over to check me in and I left, why would I check in my dog after seeing that. The groomers here are inconsiderate of the dogs and let them get hurt and sit in kennels for hours. They don't care if you complain to them in person and they obviously don't care on improving their service. I highly suggest going somewhere else that actually cares about your dog and the quality of their service. read more

Brought my 1yr old here 2 previous times everything was good the 3rd time he was shaved down basically summer cut and when I arrived to pick him up she put him in the car he kept licking his front paws and I checked and he was bleeding from both paws, she actually cut him in between when she came back to give me my card for the payment I asked what happened and she said that he kept moving and she accidentally cut him she said no big deal but that it did happen. When we got home he kept putting his paws on his ears and he kept rubbing his head on the couch, I checked but he was super sensitive and didn't even want me to even touch his head. That night I asked my mom to help me check his ears since he kept crying and putting his paws on his ears. We saw that his ears were super red from the inside and he had some sort of liquid coming out,. I immediately called his vet and set up an appointment the following day for them to check, the next day we found out that the groomer ended up pulling his hair from his ear so bad that he got an infection in both ears!!! But she wasn't dumb she actually left some hair to cover up what she did. My poor baby had to get so many test done to see if anything else happened to him, we ended up having to give him medication for the pain and other stuff the vet recommended. I will never come back to this place or even recommend it. Save your money and business and go some where else! read more

Do not take your dog there! It was our fist-time and our last-time there. They kept my little dog there for over 5 hours with the appointment time of 3 hours. They couldn't call us to let us know of the delay but when I called to find out what is going on, they simply said they had some walk-in they ended up taking before my dog, who actually had an appointment scheduled. My dog had matts, his groomer (Lory) told us of shaving them off which we were okay with but didn't tell us how she was going to completely shave him down to the skin, especially in the hot summer days with high UV rays, making it difficult to walk him until his hair grows back. They charged us for the complete shave, on top of that we were charged for de-matting, which we were never informed about their double charging policy. I brought this to the attention of Lory who said she would add it to the website but offered nothing for the ambiguity on their pricing and services, and then quickly slammed the phone down. I am very unhappy with them shaving him down to the skin and not being transparent about the pricing. Also, they required curbside pick-up and drop-off when everywhere else is open with no mask mandate. I would have liked to see the place from the inside to ensure the safety of my dog. If I would have read the reviews about this place here before, I would have never taken him to this place. read more

i recently moved to colorado and my yorkie needed a grooming so i made an appointment based off of these good reviews. i was really excited to see him get groomed and shaped up, i asked the groomer to give him a trim and clean it up as i wanted to keep the same look he initially had. she brought out this selection asking what length i wanted when i once again just asked for a trim. thinking that this is what i needed to select i told her to do the longer lengths, i come back to pick up my dog and she said i know it's not what you wanted and it's a bit shorter than what you asked for. i come back and my dog is UNRECOGNIZABLE. i called the next day complaining and talked to the groomer AND the owner. the owner had a rude tone with me the entire time, which is completely unprofessional. she acted as if i was supposed to know the terms that they use in grooming when i just asked for a simple trim initially. they were trying to explain to me as if i was in the wrong. this is MY dog not theirs, they can't tell me how i'm supposed to feel about his haircut. the owner said people will see that this a good grooming.. yeah okay. will NEVER give this place my business again. read more

My puppy have been nicked twice. No one said anything either time. The first time resulted in an abscess on her backend. And $150 vet bill. When I told them this they said nothing not even willing to give me a free or reduced grooming. Then this last time a pretty good size cut on her face that they used the stop bleed stuff on so it was two days before I discovered it. So shame on me for ever trusting them again. The owner of this grooming service does not need your patronage. I contacted this business to reschedule a appointment and the receptionist could not locate me and tried to hurry me off the phone. Then the owner got on the phone and immediately her tone was very rude, condescending and dismissive. I was taken back therefore I asked her to identify her title. She informed me that she is the owner and told me in no uncertain terms what I could do with my pet and that I am no longer a client at her establishment. The whole experience was bizarre and completely uncalled for which made me concerned about the environment if the owner feels completely justified to behave in such a vulgar and unprofessional way. The tech called during their spa day about 3-4 times to provide updates on how the dogs were doing and explained her process in depth. SHADY business with TERRIBLE customer service. I called to inquire about grooming, during which they asked me both my dog's breed and to describe the coat, which I did. I was quoted $45-49 on the phone, for this breed and dog as described. Then, after driving 20 minutes each way to come for my appointment, they told me it would be $68! WTF?! It's not rocket science here; you groom dogs for a living so were you somehow not aware of the breed?? Then they tried to tell me it had a "heavy undercoat", a savvy tactic for BAIT and SWITCH. I got my dog groomed for the past 2 years for $35 but somehow now it's $70?? Do you think you should have the hourly rate (based on time spent) of a dentist?? You're DOG GROOMERS. Most importantly, when I naturally expressed frustration at driving all that way for a bait and switch, both ladies "snapped back" nastily at me. Hmmmm isn't the golden rule of business that no matter how frustrating, the customer is always right? Not with these classy ladies. Oh - maybe the torn, frayed, faded stickers on their post in front of the building should have been my first red flag. You get paid at a surgeon's hourly rate but you can't afford to go to Home Depot and get yourself $4 of new stickers? Steer clear. read more

Bait and switch pricing tactic: I booked a grooming service for my two dogs that are a mix of bison frise and lhasa apso. Because one of my dogs looks more like bison and another more like lhasa, I stated their breed as such. The quote for the service was $45 and $44 respectively, totaling $89 for both dogs. When I picked them up; however, the total charge was $112. The woman informed me that additional cost was charged because my dogs were uncooperative and so two people had do some of the work and also they were both larger than their stated breed. In other words, I was charged over 25% than the original quote after the fact; no discussion took place regarding my dog's size when I dropped them off. My dogs are 22 and 17 pounds respectively, so how is it that more than 1 person had to perform the work given that these are small dogs and dog groomers have special harnesses to restrict their movement? Also, I found online that bison frise weight is expected to be up to 20 pounds and lhasa apso up to 18 pounds. So how is it that I was charged extra for both of them because of their supposedly large sizes? This feels like a classic bait and switch. Not only is it unethical but I can't help but wonder if it is also illegal. read more

I have to say WOW! At first I was worried that this wasn't going to go well. They were booked out for a long time. This was my first trip in and I didn't know what to expect. I had just moved and a lot about my and my dogs life had changed recently. It's been difficult to say the least. Well today, I took my dog to be groomed at our appointment time. He was so nervous to leave the car and was afraid of the groomer in the mask and I tried to convince her he really was a sweet dog he just needed time. Well, Michelle took him inside and that's where things go from ok to WOW! There were a few miss communications about my service and scheduling when I had first booked so a lot was already wrong. But.... Michelle was so kind to me. She was kind and understanding. She explained as much as she could to me and made me feel like she truly understood how important my pup is. He was finished while I was wrapping up a very tough issue at my own job and I was running late to pick him up. When I got there I had to let her know, seeing my dog so happy and enjoying himself, was the best thing that happened to me all day. She was the nicest person i have come into contact with during what can only be described as a horrible week. And wow! Just wow!
