I didn't know that before hand but Duane let me drop it off later that day to his shop in Crown Point.

We had the outside garage light short on the sharp edge of conduit and burn because it wasn't on a junction box. This was an electrical fire that luckily didn't spread and burn down the house. We then started looking at other electrical device wiring and we found many other problems. Jeff and EPS went out of their way to get a crew to our house ASAP even when they had plenty of other work and a full schedule. They quickly got the worst of the issues fixed and just came for the final time to finish everything else. The work was completed cleanly and professionally with building codes and safety in mind. Got a quick text back with basic price and said he would come out to provide a complete quote. Scheduled the appointment, Nick came out and told me the price while on site and took my info to send me the actual quote. A few days went by and I did not receive anything. I contacted him to see if it was sent and he said he would try again and asked me to verify my information which I did. Another day passes and still no quote. I reached out one last time and he said that's odd and he'd try again and if not he'll send it via text. It's been over 2 weeks since last reached out and never heard from them again. Not sure why he would waste my time or his, since he obviously does not want the business. Can't comment on the quality of work but I can say that based on this interaction and how unreliable they are with just trying to obtain a quote I would not feel great about hiring them.
