Alex, and his son Mike, arrived on time, completed the work successfully as promised, and provided further information concerning a 3-way dimmer that could be used with the light fixture. Subsequently (that evening) I called Alex to say that I had installed the dimmers but it wasn't working. He suggested a solution which worked! They sold me something that was entirely inadquate. Something that maybe would be OK for a residence to light up a doorway but nowhere near bright enough to light up the parking lot. Not any were near bright enough by an order of 10 times. And they refuse to accept a return on the items which cost me $400. I will not shop again and will NEVER rely on the judgment of that place. Do NOT use for outdoor lighting or you will be disappointed.

Duane and what I think is his son came out the next morning for me on very short notice. The service was efficient and professional ,however, as with all electricians was pricey. Service call was 65, and as a journeyman its 76/hr plus the apprentice is like 50 something, so figure about 130/hr with both of them there. If you have to call an electrician, these two guys are where it's at. Also, no credit cards accepted, cash or check only. I didn't know that before hand but Duane let me drop it off later that day to his shop in Crown Point.

To my complete surprise, Nate and Joe showed up promptly on time, ready to tackle the task. The siding material on my house is thick, hard as a rock and pretty tough to drill through. You can't even get through the system by phone. Multiple phone number on their site and on internet search engines. All lead to the same automated message and it instantly disconnects.

Now, time to look for a new company. This service is horrible. Customer service does nothing. They have you talk to numerous supervisors who are unable to get hold of their service guy or put you on endless hold or just disconnect the call.
