Service call was 65, and as a journeyman its 76/hr plus the apprentice is like 50 something, so figure about 130/hr with both of them there. If you have to call an electrician, these two guys are where it's at. Also, no credit cards accepted, cash or check only. I didn't know that before hand but Duane let me drop it off later that day to his shop in Crown Point.

ComEd had to come out to repair/replace. Out of the blue, came to do an "oil change" on the generator without calling. Broke the latch on our gate then denied ever being there even after stating it was on the schedule when we called them. Bunch of inexperienced, disrespectful, liars! Do yourself a favor & find another reputable installation contractor. Will be contacting Koehler to make them aware of the situations so that they stop using the contractor; they give Koehler a bad name!
